Beautiful apartment for 5 people on the ground floor of a large villa located +/- 2 km from Cannobio along the road with beautiful views of the lake and private beach reserved for the owner, his family and tenants.
The apartment of +/- 100 m² is composed of a living room (with TV, wifi), a dining room / entrance, 1 bedroom (a double bed) and 1 bedroom (3 single beds), a small bathroom (with washing machine) and an equipped kitchen. A terrace near the kitchen and a terrace in the garden overlooking the lake.
Parking is available to the tenant and part of the garden.

The price is 70,00 € / day, or 100,00 € or 120,00 € / day following season.
Rental guarantee is 150,00 €
Final cleaning: 70,00 €
Bed sheets, duvets and pillowcases are provided as well as tea towels (kitchen towels) for the kitchen.

Lake holiday

A fantastic stay on the lake with private access to beach. Pictures of accommodation don’t do it justice. It is much bigger in reality. A car is needed to drive into Cannobio but it is a short drive away and worth the visit. The only downside is the main road between the property and the beach but the views and lake make up for this. Would definitely go again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Semaine de détente

Très agréable contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a même acceulli tard le soir. On a bein profité de la plage privée et de la région. Appartement spacieux avec tout l´équipement nécéssaire. Merci pour des vacances superbes.

Nice location, friendly hostage

Location is really good, from nearly every part of the house a nice view on the lake. House is bigger than showed on the picture. The hostage is friendly and correct

Relaxte vakantie

Wat een fijne relaxte vakantie hebben wij gehad. Het huis was echt van alle gemakken voorzien! Ligging is prefect. Monique Jacquerye is een hele lieve gastvrouw! Overigens de rest van haar familie ook! Zeker de moeite waard om hier de vakantie te boeken

Magnifique maison bien située au bord du lac

La maison est très bien située sur le Lac Majeur, près de la charmante ville de Cannobio. La maison est spacieuse et confortable et bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur le Lac. C'est également une chance de bénéficier de la plage privée car les plages sont rares sur le Lac Majeur. Merci aux propriétaires de leur accueil et de leur gentillesse !
