Come relax in the sunshine at Villa Celia; the perfect place to enjoy the warmth and serenity of Cape Coral!
This southern exposure waterfront home is on a quiet street. It is a three bedroom, two bath home with direct gulf access and located on a canal just 15 minutes from the river. It is completely furnished.
The home is conveniently located in a great residential neighborhood within short driving distance to beaches, golf courses, fishing, the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins training camps, grocery stores, restaurants, unique shops, Outlet Malls, downtown Fort Myers and the Southwest International Airport.
The main living area is an open floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, an informal dining area, and is open to the formal dining and living room which opens directly to the lanai/pool area. A spacious family room with wine bar, TV and DVD is located just off the kitchen. The master bedroom is complete with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, TV with internet capability, and access to the lanai/pool area.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom with queen bed shares a bath (tub and shower combo) with the third bedroom also with queen bed.
The pool has solar heating for year-round comfort without the electric cost. (Might be too cool to swim in winter months.) Enjoy the large screened-in lanai with a beautifully shaped heated pool, waterfall, large TV and DVD.
There is plenty of area under roof and out of the sun. The private backyard offers nice amenities. Enjoy the private dock with a seating area on the gulf access canal.
Two family rooms in which to spread out. Free Wi-Fi and cable, all newer appliances including Washer/Dryer.
Nice furnishings and new premium linens and towels throughout.

Escape from Snow

This house is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The lanai has plenty of comfortable seating and the pool was always warm enough for swimming. The owner responds very promptly to any questions. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Winter getaway

We arrived to a clean and warmly inviting home. The owners made sure that we felt welcome. The pool is on a channel and southern facing so we had a lot of sunshine everyday. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a very relaxing stay.

Great winter get away

Beautiful home and pool. Unfortunately, weather did not allow use of the pool but we enjoyed the patio and grill. Home was very clean and neat. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to answer questions. Great seafood at Twisted Lobster and Ariana Italian restaurants nearby. Thank you!!

Beautiful home!!

This home is absolutely perfect! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool and spacious lanai. The dock was a great place to watch the sunrise in the mornings. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors.

Love Cape Coral

This is our second time staying at Villa Celia and we loved it. Our 2 week stay was spent by the pool, cooking on the grill and going out to dinner at the various restaurants in town. Laurie was great to work with. My wife and I will definitely be back!! Thank you Laurie!!!

Beautiful home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Celia. We are a retired couple and appreciate the cleanliness of the house and the quiet neiborhood. We spent the week exploring the Ft Myers area and kayaking the local waters. The Manatee Park is a must see and we enjoyed hiking Six MIle Slough.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. A fully stocked kitchen and bath towels and bedding in full supply. Home is well maintained. Perfect location for all the wonderful restaurants and activities in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area. Laurie was awesome to work with and always attentive to emails.

Perfect vacation rental!

We just spent a month here and enjoyed it so much that we’re returning in December/18 for 3 months. This was a fully stocked, nicely furnished vacation rental with everything we needed during our stay. It’s exactly as the pictures show it to be. We felt very much at home while there! The location is perfect! It’s in a quiet residential area that’s close to stores and restaurants. Lilo, the property manager was wonderful to work with and made our booking and stay problem free.

Most wonderful house!!!

Never stayed at VRBO who offered so many supplies. I always bring my own...but great to have some simple things you take for granted like scissors, every kitchen item you can imagine! Would of loved to stay longer!!!!!! Pool was wonderful!

AWESOME

I can not say enough good things about this location, EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was perfect!!! Laurie was quick to respond to any questions, which were very few, cause it's all laid out in the Welcome Book, It had all the pots, pans, silverware, glasses even spices and things to store leftovers in. This place was perfect!!!!!, I hope Laurie will let me come back again!!!!!

Wonderful vacation property!

Nicely updated home with tasteful decor. The pool is solar heated, which cuts down on the hydro demands/costs. Location is very handy to everything. A couple of minor repairs are required to the toilets and stove top- nothing that spoiled our stay. Lilo was very easy to deal with. Neighbors are awesome! We were only sorry the place was booked for next year already.

Perfect Place for Vacation

This was our first trip to the gulf coast of FL. Cape Coral/Ft Meyers was a great place to visit. The house was perfect! Everything was brand new and it was very clean. We had everything we needed. Our boys loved playing in the pool. It was nice to have the sliding doors in different rooms that led out to the pool area. The house is just as pictured! The location was great, it was close to everything we needed. Not too far away from many different beaches. Lilo was very helpful and was there if we needed anything at all!

What a amazing place Laurie has, location perfect right on the canal which takes you straight into the gulf, easy access to shops beaches ect.. Hiring a boat is a must. Dock for you to moar your boat and to sit and relax on the dock and enjoy the wildlife and sunsets. Property was fantastic everything you would require to have a amazing stay. Clean spacious, lovely pool to enjoy just superb can not fault. Laurie was a fantastic host making sure we had everything. From booking the property to arrival and departure everything went smoothly. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Excellent stay

The house was everything it was billed as. It was very well stocked with all the essentials plus a few that were not expected from previous homes we had rented in the past. Items like paper towels, toilet tissue, washing pods, dishwasher detergent, etc. The outdoor lanai and pool were great. Spent a lot of time around and in the pool. The furniture inside was very comfortable and the appliances looked to be almost new. LILO was very helpful with the few small issues we had. She was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We would have booked again for next year but it was already spoken for. Would recommend staying here.

Great for the price

Check in was extremely easy. Loved that we were able to park in the garage. This is unusual for a vacation rental property. There was even a garage door opener. The kitchen is very well equipped and we ate most of our meals at the property. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of beach towels and brand new comfy patio furniture! Laurie was absolutely wonderful to us and wanted to make sure that we had a great vacation. Thanks Laurie! If you like hiking there are a number of county preserves in the area. Plenty of shopping. Accessible beaches but the traffic can be daunting, although I must admit we were there at one of the busiest tourist times of the year. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for what we needed

Rented for my elderly mom to come visit. Haven’t seen her in years. My husband and I opened a company that consumes all of our time. I tell people we live in Cape Coral but sleep in Pt Charlotte because it’s true. I needed something close to our shop where I could work remotely to spend as much time as I could with my mom and still be able to get to the shop quickly if I needed to. The location was perfect for my needs just minutes away from the office. The property manager was attentive when we needed certain things and eager to please. My Mother said she wants to come back next year and stay in this exact house again, but maybe for a little longer visit next time. Looking forward to it.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!

I can’t express enough how wonderful my stay was at Laurie’s beautiful, meticulous and serene house on the water. Laurie went FAR above and beyond to make everything perfect. Every detail is covered in this house from the extremely well stocked kitchen, pantry, laundry supplies, Alexa, large new TV’s, comfortable beds and pillows, new beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, pool toys for the kids, and a gorgeous lanai with new furniture. The neighborhood is very nice and so quiet - I hardly heard a peep from anyone all week. To top it off when i found out I last minute I needed to stay longer in Florida Laurie helped me research other places bc her’s was already booked. She showed me incredible kindness and I truly never wanted to leave her place. Absolutely coming back!!! I’d give her 10 stars out of 5 - best host I ever had!

Winter trip

It’s a nice place for the price. As far as worth money no. I feel their is as little as possible being done at house. Second day get a call from owner we had a Rv parked on her grass and needs to be moved we didn’t have a rv third we called owner on pool that it was cold in Description it says heated which it is don’t believe it worked she tells us to go in garage get blanket cover pool clean it put back away when leave. That should not have been my job she had listed heated pool it should’ve been heated correctly. We feel the way the owner acted towards us our whole stay was very unprofessional we have stayed at many houses to VRBO and never had any issues with owners accusing us of stuff or telling us to heat our own pool Her answer to us was she believes the pool guy comes on Thursday ask him if it’s heating correctly that should not be our job she should be on the phone calling the pool guy herselfI would not recommend this house to any of our friends and one last thing I don’t know who she hiredTo install her shower doors in the master bathroom but they are installed backwards thank you

Villa Celia is a beautiful coastal one story home and includes a grand patio/lanai area with a heated pool. We want you to enjoy your stay and try to provide you with everything you need to make this an incredible vacation. We furnished the home so you can feel very comfortable. We added high-quality bedding, comfortable sofas and lots of seating space. In 2020 we upgraded the TVs, adding a large 65" big screen in the family room for all the Covid-19 stay-at-home binge watching opportunities.!

What makes this property unique

Your access to everything is amazing! We are close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and we are just a 25-minute drive to the Southwest International Airport. If you find cheaper flights into the Tampa (2 hours), Ft Lauderdale (2.25 hours), Miami (2.5 hours), or Orlando (3 hours) airports, it is a beautiful drive to our home, so might be a great alternative. We love the Tampa airport in particular and the drive is beautiful- all along the coast.
