Villa Muñoz Ronda by Ruralidays

This villa is situated about 4 km far from Ronda and 400 m from the town of Arriate. It is surrounded by the typical trees and shrubs that grow in the area of "Serranía de Ronda". Here you will find yourself far away from the daily rush and you will be able to enjoy both the peace and privacy you are looking for.

The house consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, the third one with two bunk beds. There are two big living areas and it is equipped with a stove, AC, oven, electric heaters, and so on.

In the outside area, you will find a huge private swimming pool with a sun terrace, in addition to a second, 50-cm deep swimming pool, where your children will be able to have fun without risks. There is also a barbecue, a ping-pong table and enormous terraces, where you can have dinner together with your beloved ones while enjoying the views over the Sierra. Furthermore, there is a grass area with sun loungers and a swing for the kids.

If you are an animal lover, you would certainly want to visit a small henhouse.

The access to the house is characterised by 200 m of a half-paved way.

Spectacular home

This gem of a home has warmth, history and and amazing 360 degree views. The property is filled with lovingly maintained flowers, sitting areas and a sparkling clean pool. Such a peaceful respite.

Privatsphäre garantiert (nicht übersehen) Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für Familien (Kinder- und Erwachsenen-Tischtennisschwimmbecken, Schaukel). Unglaubliche Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer Villa mit großartigen Einrichtungen und einem sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Juan Manuel. Arriate hat gute Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, also brauchen Sie nicht nach Ronda zu gehen, es gibt sogar eine Churreria zum Frühstück mit Churros! Die Aussicht von der Villa war herrlich und es ist nachts ruhig. Es gibt zwei Pools und der Kleine ist großartig für jüngere Kinder. Großer Grill und Tische zum Essen im Freien und ein großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank zur Aufbewahrung, wenn Sie sich selbst verpflegen. Wir waren schon in vielen Villen in Andalusien und dies ist eine der besten! Kann es sehr empfehlen.

Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, man blickt das Tal hinunter in Richtung Ronda und das Tal hinauf in Richtung Arriate. Die Unterkunft ist großartig und das Haus hatte alles, wir nahmen unsere zwei Enkelkinder und ihre Eltern mit und wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit dem Pool, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Gelände. Wir lebten im Grunde im Freien und kochten auf dem Grill. Das Haus ist gut bestückt. Es ist ein einfacher Spaziergang nach Arriate, selbst für 4- und 6-Jährige geht es auf dem Rückweg bergauf. Arriate hat ein paar kleine Supermärkte, zwei Hauptrestaurants und eine Reihe von Cafés / Bars. Wir hatten ein tolles Tapas-Mittagessen im El Rinconcito.

Ideal für Reisen mit Kindern, Bereich mit Schaukel, Tischtennis, Schwimmbad usw. Gute Aussicht und einfacher Zugang von der Stadt. Gut kommuniziert mit Bereichen von touristischem Interesse. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende !! Wir waren dort zum Entspannen und Erholen und es hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Das Haus fehlt es nicht an ein Detail und das Äußere des Hauses nicht mehr komplett, mit einem Grillplatz sein können, ein Tischtennisplatz, ein Schwimmbad, Schaukeln und ein Wintergarten zum Ausruhen, trinkt Kaffee oder verbringen Zeit mit Freunden mit unschlagbarer Aussicht. Juan Manuel, der Besitzer, ist eine charmante Person, bei der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen !!
