An alternative to the beach, which you can easily reach in case you miss the fresh ocean breeze, this villa ensures complete privacy thanks to the high hedge that surrounds its 1,000 m2.

The interior area will welcome you with a homely atmosphere, thanks also to the materials used in the construction and decoration of this accommodation. The wooden furniture and high ceilings are perfectly complemented by the modern appliances present in the house. In fact, you will find all the necessary kitchenware in the fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a flat-screen TV above the barbecue. The house can accommodate up to seven people, four in the main building and three in the attached bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and a separate entrance. Of the two bedrooms in the larger house, one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the adjoining room, you will find a double bed and an extra single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub in the larger house completes the layout of the villa. There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms with hot/cold options.

In the outdoor area, you can have your breakfast comfortably seated on the charming porch and sunbathe on the sun loungers next to the fabulous private pool: your holidays have never been so relaxing! The back porch, on the other hand, is perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners, as its location next to the barbecue allows you to easily move dishes from one place to another.

The house has private parking for two cars and fully paved access.
