Tolles Haus für Familien Urlaub

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein Hund. Alle haben Platz gehabt und alle haben die Zeit genossen. Der Grillecke mit Pizza Ofen ist perfekt, der Pool wunderschön und die Kinder haben Stunden lang Kicker gespielt. Das Haus ist total sauber, die Küche gut eingerichtet und obwohl das letzte Teil der Strasse etwas eng ist sind wir auch damit zu recht gekommen. Der Strand ist circa 20 minuten autofahrt entfernt. Als letztes muss ich der hervorragend Kommunikation mit der überaus netter und zuvorkommende Besitzer erwähnen.

Top Lage, traumhafter Urlaub

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen. Freundlicher Gastgeber,der immer schnell zur Stelle war. Super ausgestattete Küchen, in denen es Spaß macht zu kochen. Der Pool war groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. Am meisten begeisterte uns die wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht! Lediglich ein Schlafraum verfügte über keine Klimaanlage. Und die Anfahrt mit einem VW Bus war anfangs etwas beängstigend, da die Straße sehr schmal ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke an Andrea und Nicola!!

Grote vakantiewoning et mooi uitzicht

Grote woning met veel privacy voor de verschillende gezinnen van onze familie. Kraaknet groot zwembad zonder chloor. Heel mooi. Wel geen ondiep deel, tenzij dan de trapjes naar het water. Steile toegangsweg met bochten, wel verhard.

Wunderschönes Haus in der Toscana

Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haus wie in der Beschreibung, wundervoller Meerblick. Zufahrtsstraße wie oft zu Villas etwas eng, jedoch 2 sehr gute Restaurants fußläufig. Wunderschöne Poolanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche, neue Bäder, schöner Aussengrill/Pizzaofen mit schattiger Sitzmöglichkeit und Lounche. Was will man mehr im Urlaub?

Absolut alles was man braucht um sich zu erholen! Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt ist sehr modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich . Pool ist traumhaft ! Grillecke auch super ! Tolles Grundstück mit schöner Aussicht. Für Strand Auto erforderlich

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Haus. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön. Haus mit Klinaanlage funktional bis gut ausgestattet. Schön ist der pizzaholzofen. Das sollte man versuchen/sich trauen. War gar nicht schwer und die selbstgebackene Pizza war sehr lecker. Für Hunde gut, dass das Grundstpck voll umzäunt ist. Leider gibt es um das Grundstück wenig Wiesen etc zum Spazierengehen. Der Weg zu Strand oder Stadt ist für Fußmarsch zu weit. Man brauch ein Auto und mind. 20 Minuten.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Corsanico. Die Anfahrt ist etwas kompliziert, wenn man sich noch nicht auskennt, aber selbst mit großen Autos zu schaffen. Das Haus selbst ist größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt, der Pool sehr schön. Andrea und Nicola sind sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen, wenn man fragen hat. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub :)

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter, Haus ist ein sehr geschmackvoller Neubau mit guten Betten, einem prima Pizzaofen, einem richtig schönen Pool mit Ausblick bis zum Meer. Auch die Außenanlagen mit Oliven, Feigen, etc. Ist sehr gepflegt. Lediglich die vielen Schnaken haben etwas gestört, so dass unbedingt viel Insektenschutz empfohlen wird. Die Zufahrt durch die Olivenhaine ist sehr schmal, am besten das google-Navi nutzen, da uns das BMW-Navi in einen Feldweg/ eine Sackgasse geführt hat. Bis nach Viareggio fährt man ca. 20 min. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, könnte nur noch um Pizzableche, ein Tablett, eine Waage und einen Handmixer ergänzt werden, für den Pool wären ein paar große Handtücher prima. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Für 4 Personen war das Haus sehr gross, da es aktuell sehr gut von 8 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus), eine Einliegerwohnung mit sep. Zugang und Bad im Anbau), genutzt werden kann. Nochmals vielen Dank an Andrea und Nicola! Wir würden wieder kommen...

Grande location!

Ho passato assieme ad altri 9 amici 4 giorni nella Villa La Sassaiola e devo dire che ci siamo trovati tutti veramente benissimo. Il posto è stupendo e la casa è davvero bella! Pulita, in un posto silenzioso ma a un quarto d'ora dal centro di Viareggio e di Forte dei Marmi. La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita e con tutti i confort indicati dal proprietario. Siamo stati proprio bene e speriamo di tornarci!! Grazie ai proprietari di tutto.

Una splendida villa immersa nel verde

La villa e’ splendida. E’ di recentissima costruzione e quindi tutto e’ nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Ogni camera da letto e’ spaziosa, luminosa e con aria condizionata. La depandance e’ allo stesso modo ampia luminosa e con aria condizionata. La villa e’ immersa nel verde con splendidi olivi e alberi da frutta. La vista e’ mozzafiato sia di giorno che la sera quando risaltano le luci di viareggio. La piscina e’ bellissima, tutta in marmo e immersa tra gli olivi. L’host Andrea e’ sempre reperibile, sempre disponibile, molto simpatico. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema e sembra difficile crederlo visto che ci siamo fermati per quasi 2 mesi. Le spiaggie sono a 10-15 minuti di macchina e il parcheggio e’ sempre stato facile. Questa villa e’ un incredibile luogo dove ci si puo’ isolare dal mondo e allo stesso tempo offre moltissime opportunita di mare, citta d’arte e parchi divertimenti. Dopo 2 mesi io, mia moglie e i 2 bimbi non ce ne volevamo andare..
