About this property

Cozy spacious apartment with its own garden at the foot of the dunes.

The wind in your face, the sea at your feet, the sun on your body. This is the Dutch coast at its best. Welcome to SYL.

SYL is located at the foot of the dunes at Groote Keeten, Noord-Holland. When you step out the door, you get to the beach in just five minutes. The coast is still very peaceful here. You have all the space you need to build sand castles, swim and kite surf. Or just to lie in the sun forever.

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment has approximately 100 m2, can accommodate four people plus a baby and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed, two single beds and a separate baby cot.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers lots of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six comfortable seats. There is a separate high chair for the baby. You can enjoy television, films and music from the comfortable couch. For the children there is a large treasure chest with games, puzzles and drawing stuff ready. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

SYL is located on the ground floor and has its own enclosed garden with various garden furniture. The apartment is easily accessible, even if you have difficulty walking. The children can play outside in the playground to their heart's content. You park the car nearby on your own private parking space.

Opposite SYL you will find restaurant De Princen Keet where you can eat and drink throughout the day. A little further you will find nice beach bars such as Woest and Paal6. Not in the mood for the beach? From SYL you can drive to Den Helder in 15 minutes and to Amsterdam in an hour.

A few practical details ...
The rental runs from Friday to Friday. Outside the high season and during school holidays you can also book Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday. You can check in from 15:00 and check out until 10:00. Prefer a different time? Just ask! We would like to welcome you personally at SYL. Let us know what time you are coming and we are ready for you.

You can take one medium-sized dog to SYL. You pay a € 40 surcharge for the extra cleaning costs. The tourist tax is € 2.50 per person per night. These costs are automatically calculated with your booking.

Most guests like to bring their own linen. That is why you rent SYL without linen. Do you prefer to use our stuff? Then you can rent the linen for € 15 per person. You pay the linen in cash at check-in.

Das Beste vom Besten - jederzeit wieder!

Diese Wohnung ist einfach der Hammer! Schon beim sehr freundlichen und informativen Check-in haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, aber das wussten wir auch schon vorher. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig mit kleinem Garten und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an absolut garnichts. Sogar eine Truhe mit jede Menge Spielzeug, im Bad Pflegeprodukte und in der Küche alles vorhanden, bequeme Betten und gemütliches Sofa und ein riesiger Esstisch an dem wir mit der ganzen Familie (die in der Nähe untergebracht war) mit sechs Personen locker Platz hatten. Das Haus ist super ruhig, nicht mal den Aufzug im Flur konnte man in der Wohnung hören. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind erholt nach Hause gefahren. Und garnicht mal teuer! Einfach Spitze!

Dieses Jahr hat das Wetter auch mitgespielt, sodass alles gepasst hat. Wir sind schon zum 2ten Mal in dem Wohnkomplex gewesen und wir können es einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig eingerichtet, Vermieter ist klasse und auch die Übergabe klappte super. Es gibt nichts was wir bemängeln könnten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter (Verwalterin) sehr freundlich. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es für die, leider schon sehr durchgelegen, Matratzen. Die sollten erneuert werden.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, mehr als oft üblich. Die Lage ist super, wenn man entspannte Spaziergänge am Strand machen will. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut mit Talisa. Komme gerne wieder!

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Wir blieben eine Woche. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön, es ist alles da an Ausstattung was man braucht. Die Strandnähe und der Strand sind ausgezeichnet. Ein Restaurant ist direkt nebenan, das andere liegt vorne am Strand und macht sehr früh zu. Für weitere Restaurants muss man ca. 3,5 km fahren. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen!

Vollkommen entspannt bei 7 Tage Sonnenschein, direkt am Übergang über die Düne zum Strand. Ruhige Lage, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung. Sauberkeit ließ im Bad und Toilette etwas zu wünschen übrig (graue Haare der Vormieter? auf dem Fußboden). Garten ungepflegt. Ansonsten alles ok,

Schön...aber

Was wir positiv fanden: Bei Ankunft wartete man auf uns und der Check in war schnell und gut. Wir fanden Kaffee und Filter, sowie Klopapier für den "Start" vor, was wir toll fanden.So konnten wir erst einmal in Ruhe auspacken. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und man kann sich wohl fühlen. Was wir nicht so gut fanden: In der Besteckschublade war es schmantig, das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, wir gehen davon aus, da man bei Abreise die Spülmaschine selbst noch entleeren muss, das es Gäste gibt, die darauf kein Auge werfen , ob alles sauber geworden ist. Jedoch im Schrank selbst waren auch klebrige Umrandungen von Tellern und Gläsern. Kurz um, wir haben die Menge Geschirr was wir gebrauchen wollten ausgeräumt, alles gereinigt, auch im Schrank die Ablagefläche und wieder eingeräumt. Ein Hoch auf die Gäste die nach uns gekommen sind, so sauber wären wir auch gerne angekommen. Genau hinschauen durfte man in der ganzen Wohnung nicht, in den Ecken war es dreckig. Dieser Wohnung würde eine komplette Grundreinigung mal gut tun, samt Fenster und Vorhänge waschen. Der Garten machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck, eher das sich dieses Jahr noch niemand drum gekümmert hat. Auflagen für die Liegen haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Die Sitzgruppe aus Holz hat Jahre hinter sich, ist porös und splittert, wir haben sie nicht nutzen können. Im ganzen Haus waren Feriengäste mit Hunden, da wir selbst einen Problemhund haben, fanden wir diesen Hinweis noch wichtig.Reise war ein Geschenk an uns.

Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet,allerdings fehlt die Microwelle.Einige Sachen sind defekt.Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. An den Tisch möchte man sich nicht setzen. Er ist alt und marode.Die Matratzen sind total durchgelegen,sollten dringend erneuert werden. Die Lautstärke im Treppenhaus ist Tag und Nacht sehr hoch. Die Umgebung ist toll,aber wir würden diese Wohnung nicht nochmal mieten,weil es dort einfach zu laut ist. Wir haben uns nicht erholt.

Alles bestens 😃

Die Wohnung von Huub ist wirklich top. Sehr gut gelegen, schöne Ausstattung, Küche mit allem Zubehör, was man braucht, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Vor allem mit Kind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder, es hat uns super gefallen.
