A fantastic luxury house that has the Soca Rover in its back garden.

Three gorgeous bedrooms, one bedroom is en suite. Large open plan air conditioned top floor with living area with terrific views, kitchen and dining area.

Fabulous large garden and access to the river and "jumping in" spot, enclosed bowling area.

Wonderful area to enjoy the Soca Valley, hiking and cycling.

Amazing house on a beautiful location

The house is comfortable, complete and clean. The garden is amazing with a path to the best swimming place on the Soca river. It was very busy here and some hikers walk into the garden but for us this was not a big issue. There is a lot to do in the area, a great place to spend your holiday with family.

Just Perfect!

The house is very nice and new with a lot of very cute details and high quality kitchen equipment. The area is perfect for all the adventures and the houses is located right next to the soca pots. We loved to stay there and definitely will come back again 😊

Very nice House in a beautifull valley

The House lies near a busy road but the garden gave us lots of privacy. You can reach the soca river and we swam there daily. We saw the trout swim. What a beautiful valley. We used the bbq and nice chairs. Very good contact with the agency. Danaja was very helpfull. The hospitality of the Slovenien people is amazing.

Ein großartiges Haus mit ganz toller Ausstattung. Es gab nichts, was fehlte. Insbesondere in der Küche ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Lage direkt am Soca-Trail mit den großen Soca-Trögen quasi im Garten ist ebenfalls perfekt. Einfach traumhaft!

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb der Soca und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderungen und die Erkundung der Schlucht. Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem gemütlichen Wohnraum mit Schwedenofen, welchen wir bei den kälteren Temperaturen sehr genossen haben. Wir wurden positiv überrascht, da das Haus noch schöner ist als auf den Bildern.

Prachtig huis met mooie omgeving

Wij hebben afgelopen zonder dit huis een week gehuurd. Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie aan de soca rivier. Het huis van binnen is schoon en erg ruim alles is aanwezig. De omgeving is prachtig en wij hebben er met onze hond en vrienden van genoten. Een echte aanrader

Sehr empfehlenswert

Schöner Wohnen direkt am Soca Fluss! Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, allerdings sind durch die Touristenattraktion direkt vorm Haus manches Mal fremde Menschen über das Grundstück gelaufen, die Auffahrt war auch einmal zugeparkt. Aber abends/nachts hat man absolute Ruhe. Hundebesitzern raten wir zur Vorsicht nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit, da sich Dachse auf dem Grundstück befinden. Die Dachse haben auch Turnschuhe, die auf der Terrasse lagen, angeknabbert und in den Garten verschleppt :) - Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee, im örtlichen Supermarkt haben wir keine Filtertüten bekommen, diese würde ich von Zuhause mitnehmen.

Toller Urlaub in wunderbarem Haus!

Dieses Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder haben sogar überlegt, für immer da zu bleiben. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön - direkt neben einer der schönsten Orte um ganzen Sočatal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wunderschöne Woche im Soča Tal :-)

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Über einen Weg im Garten kommt man direkt zur Soča. Wer wandern und/oder biken möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Uns hat es dort so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden.
