My place is close to The Soca River.
Chalet in a wonderful, peaceful location in Soca.

A few metres to the River and with a very large garden. Three double bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms. .

Superb location just 100 metres to the Soca River, very quiet and peaceful location, with terrific backdrop of mountains.meadows and forests.

My place is good for couples and families.

Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage im Soca Tal direkt in Flussnähe. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Neben dem Geschirrspüler gab es auch eine Waschmaschine.

Natur pur

Ein wunderbares Fleckchen Erde. Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, die Soca ebenso wie verschiedene Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür. Natur pur. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, was für uns kein Problem war. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein großartiges Restaurant! Was will man mehr?

We was very surprised, such a great and clean House, we like it at the first Moment we came inside. A very nice Present were here for us and everything we need in the kitchen was there.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage im Soca-Tal ist fantastisch. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem dicht an allen sehenswerten Orten im Tal.

Das Haus war sehr sauber (!) und ist auch gut ausgestattet. Super ist die Lage nur ein paar Schritte von der Soca entfernt und auch die Terrasse, von der man die umliegenden Berge sehen kann und auf der man direkt im Grünen sitzt. Nachbarn in nächster Nähe gab es keine, auch wenn direkt dahinter ein zweites Haus steht, bei dem man aber nicht so recht weiß, ob es genutzt wird. Nachts war es sehr ruhig (und dunkel :-) )Das Haus selbst war für uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund) ausreichend groß. Bei Vollbelegung mit 6 Personen und Schlechtwetter könnte es etwas eng werden. Das betrifft vor allem auch die recht engen Schlafräume. Die zweite Küche im OG mit Couch, Esstisch und Fernseher wäre für uns entbehrlich gewesen, wenn dafür die Schlafräume etwas größer gewesen wären. Wir konnten uns damit aber gut arrangieren.Insgesamt hat uns die Gegend mit Soca, Bergen und den möglichen Aktivitäten (Wandern, Rafting, Zipline, ...) sehr gefallen.

Wunderbare Reise und gute Unterkunft

Wir haben das Ferienhaus genossen besonders die Terrasse und den Garten. Morgens sind wir in der Früh als erstes die Soca entlangspaziert, sie ist kalt aber wunderbar. Wir haben die Natur genossen. Es waren aber auch viele Wanderer und Radfahrer unterwegs untertags. Abends konnten wir wieder in Ruhe die Soca nah am Haus genießen.

Eine tolle, entspannte Woche im Soca-Tal

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem alles da, was man braucht. Morgens kann man kurz über die Soca zum Supermarkt laufen. Ein Restaurant findet man ebenso fussläufig. Das Soca-Tal begeisterte uns mit seinen Möglichkeiten im Wassersportbereich und mit seiner wunderschönen Landschaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wunderbarer Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden und haben den Aufenthalt im schönen Soca-Tal extrem genossen und können dieses Urlaubsziel jedem empfehlen! Die Lage des Hauses war traumhaft, ruhig und in 2min mit den Hunden an der Soca, schöner Morgen-Gassi-Weg. Das Haus war sehr schön ausgestattet sodaß wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Auch das Service war toll nachdem eine Therme zu tropfen begonnen hat! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhaus

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (17 Jahre ,10 Jahre) für eine Woche in dem tollen Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sehr viel Geschirr, Töpfe usw. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Zum Frühstück die aufgehenden Sonne und zum Abendessen immer noch Sonne. Weg durch die neue Brücke optimal zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is an absolute must. The location is perfect, halfway along the Soca trail. Despite this, it is a very quiet place with a very large garden. There is plenty of privacy. In addition, it is possible to literally walk into the mountains from the house (challenging hikes). Communication with the landlord is very pleasant and efficient. The cottage is fully equipped, and if you are travelling with teenagers, it is nice that there is a second living room on the second floor where they can retreat if they wish. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt an der Soca

Das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen an der Soca. Es eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Outdooraktivitäten aller Art. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen mit Kindern und Hund ein. Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden und kann genutzt werden. Kleiner Markt für den tägl. Bedarf und ein Gasthaus sind direkt in der Nähe.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist trotzdem gut erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber, allerdings hätten wir etwas mehr Trinkgläser brauchen können. Uns und unseren Kindern hat der Aufenthalt total gut gefallen! Das Soca Tal bietet eine große Palette an Outdoorsportmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
