Spanish Key 406 is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo that Sleeps 8 and is located in Perdido Key, Florida near the World Famous Flora Bama! The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the 2nd guest bedroom has a 2 Queen Beds and the 3rd bedroom has a King Bed. The condo includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and tropical styled vacation rental unit include microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

There is a no smoking policy at Spanish Key, including the balconies and common areas. The grill area is the designated smoking area.
Wristbands are required year-round for owners and renters. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Parking pass(es) must be displayed in vehicle at al times.

Great Location

The place was nice and accurately depicted! So close to the beach and some restaurants as well as Florabama. Great location for a family vacation or with friends. Only issue we ran into is we were able to book for up to 10 guests online while the property management company/security policy was 8 people per room.

Cleaning of property.

The housekeeper was extremely rude and not done with her job at 3pm checkin time. Spoke with management and they send back up. It still took them til after 4pm. The floors were never swept, vacuumed or mopped.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway! Easy to get to , easy to check in and out. One thing that could make it better, in the 2 guest rooms, the light from the walkway is really bright. Might be nice to have blackout curtains! Other than that, we’d rent again!!
