The rustic style of this house ensures you an authentic stay that you will enjoy with your family thanks to the peculiar decoration of the house and its proximity to all services, being located in the center of the village of Macharaviaya. Additionally, you will be close to the most spectacular destinations of the eastern Costa del Sol, including the white villages of Nerja and Frigiliana, the beaches east of Málaga, and the capital of Málaga.

The house features a cozy living-dining room, equipped with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and an area for reading accompanied by natural light coming through the windows. From the living room, you can reach the independent kitchen and the upper floor of the house. Two bathrooms with bathtubs and three bedrooms are available for guests who wish to stay in this rural house. Of the three bedrooms, one has a double bed, another a double bed and a single, while in the third bedroom, you will find three single beds.

Heating is provided by electric radiators.

In the outdoor area, a lovely enclosed patio allows you to relax and enjoy the views of the hills surrounding the house. The porch is equipped with a chill-out area and just a few steps separate it from the paved patio. Here, you’ll find an outdoor dining table, the fabulous private pool, and sun loungers to enjoy the warm summer temperatures.

The access to the house, which also features private parking within the plot, is completely paved.

Leuk huis

Het huis op zich is leuk het heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud. Stopcontacten los, gevaarlijk voor kids. Oude spullen en heel armoedig keukentje met veel te weinig huisraad o.a. Geen broodrooster of waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat. 1 theeglas en geen koffiekopjes, geen keukendoeken. En maar 5 badhanddoeken voor 5 personen. Dus elke keer in de was en drogen . Geen strijkijzer wel een strijkplank,. Zwembad is klein maar wel heel erg fijn om af te koelen en werd wel 2 keer schoongemaakt. Plastic lig bedden helaas zonder kussens om op te liggen zodat het veel te hard ligt om te zonnen. Bij het terras plastic stoelen met scheuren in de rugleuning zodat je er met je vel steeds tussen zit. En ook weer geen kussentjes op de stoelen . Victoria is heel aardig. Wachtte ons op , we kwamen vrij laat aan , jammer dat er geen fles water in de ijskast staat na een reis en winkels die dicht zijn . Tip voor volgende huurders. Veder hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad.

Das Dorf, in dem sich die Villa befindet, ist sehr ruhig und die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Das Dorf liegt in einem Berg 30 Minuten von Malaga entfernt und ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Stadt Málaga ist mit ihren Monumenten sehr touristisch und es ist sehr angenehm, dorthin zu laufen. Sport und nautische Aktivitäten sind abwechslungsreich und wir haben viel Spaß dabei.
