Ville di Panzano are a 20 acres estate, that lays on a hill just below the ancient hamlet of Panzano. The access to the property is through two different and short not paved roads starting from the town. Then each villa has its own parking area and its path to the town of Panzano. not only they have own outdoors spaces. In the meantime Ville di Panzano can be the right destination to accommodate a large party up to 40 people. The villa il Tinaio with its patio and huge dining room is able to accommodate even a such big party.

They are three of the most stylish properties of Tuscan countryside, it is located in the surroundings of Greve in Chianti, just 800 m. to the cozy medieval town of Panzano, also well known for the vineyards of some of the most famous vine brands. The property is located in the heart of Chianti, between the provinces of Florence and Siena. Two of the villas were built during the XVI and XVII century as a farmhouse, a third one is a new and modern project.

The villas has kept all their original characteristics through the centuries until the last owner acquired in 2014. This amazing property is now ready to be rented after four years of a laborious process of renovation, that has included searching for the specialized architect, a construction company formed by artisans of the area, and a search for original materials and furnishings coming all around Italy. , in order to have the right hand made pavement, chimney, forged iron, doors, etc.

In all the restoration works the owners have respected the environment. Hot water, electricity, heating all comes from the use of clean energy as the geothermal and solar energy.

Once finished the restoration work was finished the owner started with a never-ending journey through Antiquaries around Italy and France to decorate the villa in a manner that respected its character and original style, but also provided a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests. The skilful renovation and tasteful decoration has been finished in winter of 2018.

The final result is an amazing property well decorated with sought furnishings, all surrounded by breathtaking views of the Chianti. Please note that high hedgerows divides the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation.

Villa Le Scuderie enjoy stunning views of the vineyards of Chianti countryside, it is only 800 m. to the village of Panzano. The outdoors feature original stones, several terraces and is surrounded by a Mediterranean Garden with olive trees and plants. The access from the main road is through a private path. A relaxing jacuzzi for 4 people faces on the magnificient valley. On a lower level there is the open air dining equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue for al fresco dinner. The villa location makes it ideal to visit some of the most fascinating Art Cities in the world. Florence can be reached by car within 22 miles; Siena (the city of the Palio) is just 20 miles away. Many medieval hamlets are at short driving: Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, Greve in Chianti, Impruneta. The cultural, gourmet / winery, and nature adventures that can be arrange within short distance from the villa are endless and would require months before sampling each of them.

The view of Villa Le Scuderie is truly unique spreading over the typical Tuscan hills colored by vineyards, cypresses, olive-groves and woods. All along the villa a pleasant walking runs through the property offering during the summer a fragrant blooming of rosemary and lavender plants.

In its interior the villa has 4 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, a sitting room, a dining room, a contemporary and very well equipped kitchen. It is ideal for a dream holiday stay, for a group of up to 8 people.

There are 2 accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level.

From the garden you'll have access to the main entrance hall, leading on the right to an halley that will connect to the 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms all with a shower; from the main entrance a staircase bring you down to an elegant living room faces with French windows onto the garden and the valley. on the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with 7 burner cooker and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker; a French door leads out to a patio with a dining area with a table and chairs for all the guests of the house.

On the same level we find also the amazing panoramic indoor heated pool (up to 30 °), featured by relaxing lights, small bar and a sitting room.
