The house boasts a beautiful fenced garden, where guests will find the swimming pool, 8 metres by 4 with a depth of 1.2-1.3m, an outdoor shower with hot water, a loggia with a table perfect for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework barbecue and children’s games. The farmhouse has been completely renovated just a few years ago, whilst maintaining its original charm. The property still features typical rustic features, such as the wood beams on the ceilings. All the electric devices and home appliances have been installed recently. The ground floor leads to a large, bright living room with satellite TV, ceiling fan and a fireplace, divided by an arch from the dining room, with direct access to the well-equipped cooking area and to the small washing room. The entrance leads to three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. An indoor staircase leads to the first floor which has a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

Location
Casale la Monta is in the Chianti hills, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves which make for a calming panorama. The house is not isolated but is still very calm and private, and great for those looking for a relaxing holiday in nature as well as for sport lovers. Great view of the surrounding countryside.

Important information
Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. There is an occupied apartment on a lower floor with no contact with the farmhouse. A charging point for electric cars may be requested (at a fee).

The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, water, gas (heating not included), a high chair and baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are extra hours of hired help, a shopping service, a cook for lunches and dinners, cookery courses and a babysitter.Activities and distances
The property is in the heart of the Chianti area, just a few kilometres from Greve in Chianti, with its many shops and weekly market in the main square. Other towns such as Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are all easy to reach by car. Florence is about a half hour’s drive away, and Siena can be reached via the Strada Chiantigiana, which is famous for its breathtaking views of Chianti. San Gimignano is also not far. We suggest visiting and tasting the products of the local wine cellars and farms, some of the best in Tuscany.
