New exclusive Residence Aironi is a new modern complex right in front of the "Terza Spiaggia" beach of Golfo Aranci, has a fantastic sea view. It is located in Golfo Aranci city centre and has a private parking.
The location is strategic as the property is located just few steps from all main services and shops (all Golfo Aranci best restaurants, many bars, the newspaper shop and the port) and not far from the Costa Smeralda – 20 km, Porto Rotondo – 10 km, Olbia – 18 km.
The apartment is just in front o the sea with a 25 sqm terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
The property consists of a large room of 40 square meters with a double bed, an armchair that becomes a bed (for a child), spacious kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, a table with chairs, a large wardrobe and a bathroom. The apartment has just been furnished with fine furniture and is located in a newly built complex right in front of the beach “Terza Spiaggia” of Golfo Aranci.
