APPARTEMENT ON THE BEACH - COSTA SMERALDA - PORTO ROTONDO

The price is finished and therefore inclusive of all consumption, final cleaning and use of all village services. The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious residences and in the most beautiful corner of Porto Rotondo. Built on the sea between rocks sculpted by the wind, Residence Punta Volpe offers, included in the price:
- 1 children's pool + 1 adult pool with lifeguard
- 2 tennis courts (free reservation in the morning for the same day)
- Safe and very spacious playground
- soccer field
- night surveillance
- exclusive car parking space
- high level area, beautiful panorama
 A few minutes walk we find four beaches with incredible colors:
* Private residence beach (a few steps from the apartment)
- platforms to the sea, ladder access to the sea, use of sunbed, umbrella and free showers and raft in the middle of the sea, for solarium use
* Public beach (Punta Volpe beach) - Costa Smeralda side - free, sandy beach, guarded by lifeguard
* Sassi beach and Algae beach (about 500 meters from the residence).
At the entrance of the residence, moreover, there is an absolutely free and convenient shuttle service called 'mare mare' which offers the transport service to all the beaches of Porto Rotondo.
The apartment is a two-room apartment (about 50 sq m) for 4 people divided as follows: 2 people in privacy (double bedroom) and 2 on a sofa bed in the living room, living room with 32 "LED TV and bathroom, hairdryer, safe, shower, toilet, kitchenette (gas with 3 burners, microwave, refrigerator), 32 ”LED TV, air conditioning / heat pump, small partially covered garden with Sardinian stone roof.
Pots, dishes, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Not the kitchen towels.

Amazing place!

The apartment was perfect for our stay! We were totally alone, not being high season. We had the beach to ourselves! We would love to return!

WONDERFUL

My husband and I spent mid-June 10 days in Porto Rotondo at Franco's and Enrica's appartment. We just fully enjoyed our staying. Franco and Enrica were always available for any piece of advice of info so was Cristiana,the local contact. The appartment is adorable, cosy, and extremely well located. Awesome ! The view is stunning : you can see the wonderful blue sea when having dinner. The pool is just fantastic and well kept. The appartment is just 2mns from Porto Rotondo center and close to the main spots to visit (Tavolara, Maddalena, ...). What else to say: a big "thanks" to Franco, Enrica and Cristiana. We loved our staying and we highly recommend your appartment!!!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Appartement und haben die Zeit genossen, da noch keine Hochsaison und es von daher es schön ruhig war. Da wir nur schönes Wetter hatten haben wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer verbracht . Wir waren ganz begeistert von den Plattformen mit Einstieg ins Meer und den Sonnenliegen zum Verweilen.Das Meer war mit 20 Grad schon schön warm, einfach himmlisch. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist eher schlicht und wir haben sehr eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst, mit dem kleinen Kaffeezubereiter hatte man nur 2 Tassen, das war etwas mühselig. Das Appartement ist mit einer Wohnfläche von 50 qm angegeben, davon entfallen allerdings ca. 20 qm auf die Aussenterrasse, für 4 Personen ist es aus unserer Sicht viel zu klein. Der Kontakt mit Franco und Christiana war ausgezeichnet.

Schöne Anlage

Schöne gepflegte Anlage in guter Lage. Gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Qualität der Ausstattung, wie Besteck und Gläser könnte etwas besser sein. In Summe haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Уютные апартаменты стали нашим домом на эти две недели.Оборудованы всем необходимым, с приватным маленьким садиком-кажется,что никого нет в Пунта Вольпе.Бесплатный автобус до города каждый час.Два прекрасных пляжа.А самое главное-чудесное теплое море....Спасибо Франко и его супруге за внимание и заботу!/ Very nice and comfortable apartment with little private garden.Fully eguipmet and clean like home Many thanks Franco for attention. Great place, nice area, close to the pool and the beach

Nice modern apartment with a private garden. We would have liked better communication with the property caretaker for small issues but you could always reach the property owner (Enrica) over phone or email and she would resolve matters quickly and professionelly which made our stay great! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoy a slighty more exclusive vacation -Anders

Great Holidays!

Very nice location! The residence is beautiful, well maintained (especially gardens and pools), very quiet, perfect for families. The apartment is well equipped but anyway we spent all the time on the terrace. Notice that the laurels are much higher than on the pictures meaning the space is really privatised. I would council to everyone this location, and last but not least Enrica and Franco (the owners), even if not on spot, are very helpful and very kind. We'll be back ... :-) Kat & Yannick

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e funzionale situato in un residence molto caratteristico e tranquillo. A disposizione campi da tennis e piscina sorvegliata. Caratteristico l'accesso al mare per chi non vuole allontanarsi dal residence. Sicuramente un luogo da consigliare ad amici e parenti per un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante.

Appartamento Residence Punta Volpe 6264657 - Porto Rotondo. Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone situato in un residence stupendo e tranquillo ideale per famiglie con bambini. Locale in ottime condizioni con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Bellissima veranda per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Piscina del residence molto bella e sorvegliata. Abbiamo già consigliato l'appartamento ad amici e parenti e sicuramente ci torneremo.

"The apt is in a lovely spot in porto rotondo. It is small but most of your time is spent outside. The cafe in the residence was closed all the time. The local beaches are reasonable. We did like the pool and the small sunbathing areas by the sea."
