"Piccola Duna" is immersed in a completely flat park (very suitable, therefore, for the elderly, children and infants !!) of about 5000 square meters, over 110 meters long, with tall trees (palms, pines, holm oaks etc.) and a well-kept lawn that borders directly on a huge beach (over 50 meters deep !!) on which the villa has direct and exclusive access.

The park is characterized by a common area of passage for the two structures and by 2 areas each respectively of private and exclusive use of its structures. The spaces are delimited so as to ensure privacy and tranquility for those present in the overall two-family structure.

Piccola Duna has a seafront area in the park with an umbrella, sunbeds, chairs and changing room with heated shower as well as private access to the independent sea, so as to make the possibility of pleasant relaxation on the beach comfortable and immediate. The property is also equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

The villa has two porches with the possibility of having lunch, dinner or having a relaxing breakfast according to the weather conditions and temperature as well as having a large table for 14 people in the garden to enjoy the breeze and the lunch and dinner refreshment of the sea in the hottest days, all with elegant and refined furnishings.

In addition to this, a children's playhouse with various toys is available for guaranteed fun for the children.
The structure has a reserved parking area with 5-6 parking spaces as well as all the internal facilities for maximum comfort in the home such as internet in all wired and wireless rooms, television in the living room and in the digital terrestrial master room, DVD player and bluray, air conditioner and heat pumps in all rooms in addition to the classic heating systems.
In addition to this the house is fully equipped with all appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron, oven and equipment for pleasant outdoor barbecues.
Pets are not allowed in the house rules and smoking is not allowed inside the house, but only outside the house.
