Villa Pina - Piverno

Villa Pina is located in Contrada San Martino, just a few minutes from the quaint village of Priverno (LT) and only a ten-minute drive from the Priverno-Fossanova train station. The location is perfect for those seeking a relaxing yet well-connected stay: Rome is about an hour away by car, and Naples is two hours away. Nearby is the splendid Cistercian Abbey of Fossanova, a place rich in spiritual and historical charm, where St. Thomas Aquinas lived and died.
Villa Pina is surrounded by a spacious garden featuring a portico, patio, lounge chairs, and small tables—ideal for spending time outdoors in total relaxation. From the garden, upon request and accompanied by staff, you can access a rustic area where you can admire farm animals and seasonal crops, for an authentic experience in contact with nature.
Inside, the villa retains the charm of old country homes, with period furnishings and details steeped in history, while offering modern comforts: Wi-Fi, a pod-style coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, independent heating, and air conditioning in all rooms.
The house consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, five bedrooms (three double and two single), two full bathrooms (one with a shower), and a fully equipped kitchen. Use of the fireplace is available upon request, with an additional fee for firewood to be arranged directly with the owner.
A free cot is also available to guests upon request, as well as a washing machine, which can be used upon request since it is located outside the main house.
