Finca Salrima Álora by Ruralidays

The location of this villa is ideal if you want to enjoy the excellent views over the nearby Natural Area of El Chorro, Cerro del Hacho and over the province of Malaga.

The house is situated on a farm of 35.000 m2, where your need for tranquillity and privacy will be preserved, as the noises of the city don't reach this estate.

Its 299 m2 of interior surface are divided into six bedrooms, all of them with hot/cold AC. One bedroom has two double beds, one has an individual bed and a bunk bed, and the other four bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. The six bathrooms with shower are all ensuite. You will also find a very cosy living room with fireplace and a mini-bar. The kitchen is 40 m2 wide, and it is provided with all the facilities you'll need. Moreover, it communicates with the barbecue area through an interior door.

The house has an independent apartment of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds of 90 cm, in addition to a bathroom with shower and a small living room. To open this house has an extra price, the price is for 16 people.

The house is equipped with electric oven and a wooden oven in the outside area.

The outside area is equipped with barbecue, and children's playground with swings and a slide, alongside a fenced swimming pool with salt water, a small outdoor bathroom, gardens, ping-pong table, basketball area, parking area and two fridges to keep your drinks cool during the hot days of Andalusia.

This Andalusian holiday home is the perfect place to stay or share with your family or group of friends since you are also given the possibility to celebrate events there. You can access the estate through a paved road, while the entrance door is automatic.

Traditional house on outskirts of Alora

The property is in a good location, set within olive orchards. You can easily walk to Alora which has everything you need from Supermarkets to restaurants. The walk to town is paved and safe to be done even in the dark. We came during the October rains and it was quite cold outside, so we only used the outside kitchen and barbecue once. The pool area is great, it was a shame we couldn't use it more. The views are breath-taking with wonderful sunsets. Also the basketball play area was popular with our family. I would say the kitchen is a bit small for the property size. Equipment was limited, eg. lack of chopping boards, decent knifes, mugs etc. could be improved. But it didn't spoil our stay. The lounge is decent size, everything is quite rustic, chairs need some repairs. We used the fireplace which worked well. I suppose in the summer you'd hardly use the indoor space, but we had no choice. All in all, it is a nice property and it was cheaper than others in the area, so I am taking that into consideration and was expecting rustic style. Aircon/heating system is using some strange timer set up, so only works on one selected temperature and turns off automatically. The owner was a nice chap and always responded to our queries promptly.

In der Nähe der Stadt und ganz in der Nähe von Geschäften, Bars und Supermärkten. Salvador, der Besitzer, ist ein sehr freundlicher und enger Mann, der Ihnen bei allem, was Sie brauchen, behilflich sein wird.

Wir waren 9 Personen, 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder vom 24. Juli bis 2. August. Es gab viel Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und wir als Eltern auch. Es war alles da und es fehlte an nichts. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, was bei den Temperaturen von über 40 Grad in dieser Woche dringend benötigt wurde. An den Tagen, an denen es angenehmer war, konnten die Kinder auf dem Spielplatz spielen. Außerdem ist die Gegend wirklich wunderschön. WOW, was für eine Aussicht. Der Supermarkt ist sehr groß und hat alles. Die Stadt ist gemütlich, die Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind großartig. Der Flughafen Malaga ist ziemlich nah. Wirklich eine Top-Location und auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass auf der Seite steht, dass Strom inklusive ist und das sind teilweise so bis zu 200 Kilowatt und das muss man dann bezahlen. Das ist keine schlechte Sache, aber wir hätten es gerne irgendwo auf der Website erwähnt gesehen.

Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina, del baloncesto, ping pong, futbolin, columpios,...muy entretenidos con todo lo que hay en la casa. También hay rutas de senderismo cerca para hacer. Las vistas son fabulosas. La casa tiene de todo. La zona de la barbacoa genial, la usamos casi todos los días. También un acierto tener la hornilla de fuera, muy cómoda. Una cosa en la que todo coincidimos el acierto de tener cada habitación su baño, teniendo así cada uno su intimidad, genial; más un baño en la parte exterior..... Lo que si nos hubiera faltado hubiera sido una nevera más o botellero porque nos falto sitio para meter todo lo frío El trato con SALVADOR, el dueño, también muy bien, tuvimos que llamarlo un par de veces y muy amable y dispuesto. Si el año que viene nos decidimos por vacaciones de casa rural, repetiriamos sin duda con esta casa, porque la relación calidad/precio es muy buena, y la casa tiene de todo. A todos nos gusto muchísimo. Tuvimos lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad, estar en familia en una buena casa en el campo apartados del mundo, con entretenimiento para todos, con buenas instalaciones....un 10

Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage, in der Nähe der Stadt, aber isoliert genug für Privatsphäre. Sehr geräumig, mit verschiedenen Umgebungen zum Genießen. Sehr positiv in jedem Zimmer ein Bad zu haben, obwohl es in manchen Bädern etwas übel nach "Rohre" roch. Das Haus war sauber und das Äußere (riesig) gut gepflegt und mit dem Zubehör in einwandfreiem Zustand (Tischtennis, Fußball, etc ...) Der spektakuläre Pool, eine "Fantasie", mit toller Aussicht, umgeben von Gras, sicher für Kinder, sehr sauber und mit Salzwasser !!! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und verfügbar für alles, was wir brauchen. Er hat uns sogar geholfen, eine Panne mit dem Auto schnell und bequem für uns zu lösen, obwohl er nicht verpflichtet war. Und entgegen einigen Kommentaren, die wir gelesen haben, hat er uns die Kaution sehr schnell zurückerstattet. Dinge zu verbessern, das WLAN, das mehrmals nicht mehr funktionierte, und die (industrielle) Spülmaschine, die nicht sehr effektiv war. Kurz gesagt, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Hof ist riesig und wir haben die Natur genossen.
