In its spacious outdoor areas you will find a private swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sun loungers ☀️, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.



The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. In addition, it has a charging station for electric cars 🚗⚡, an extra convenience for those traveling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows enjoying natural light from dawn to dusk, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and contemplate the landscape.



Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors.
