Discover this spectacular villa designed for large groups and families who wish to enjoy unforgettable holidays in a comfortable and safe environment. With a total capacity for 20 people, the property always includes the main house and two independent bungalows, guaranteeing space, privacy and fun for everyone.



The estate, completely fenced, features a spacious private saltwater heated swimming pool included in the price, available from 1 October to 31 May, with a child safety cover, two outdoor jacuzzis (also available from October to May, with additional cost), children's playground, small gym and leisure areas with billiards, table football, basketball hoop and relaxation spaces that guarantee entertainment for adults and children.



The villa is located a few minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and several golf courses, with easy access to Málaga airport and the road network. Extra services such as transfers, bicycle rental or home massages can also be arranged.



Inside the main house (two floors) you will find:



Upper floor: four bedrooms (some with double and single beds, televisions and video game consoles), a master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a full bathroom.



Ground floor: a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, and a full bathroom.



The bungalows extend the property's capacity up to 20 places: each with space for 3 people, air conditioning and private bathroom, perfect for teenagers, families or groups looking for a bit more independence. (No kitchen).



The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, fireplace, fans, WiFi connection (some outdoor areas may have limited coverage) and multiple televisions.



The environment combines rural tranquillity with a privileged location near beaches (21 km), water parks, train stations, golf courses, and attractions of the Costa del Sol. An ideal destination for a holiday full of comfort, leisure, and nature.



Important: the villa is always rented complete (main house 2 bungalows). Events such as weddings, communions or celebrations that exceed the holiday capacity of the property are not permitted.
