This is a wonderful property 5 mins walk from the lovely quite centre of Portopetro. We did worry about the distance from the map but it really is as close as I say. The house has a great spec, is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home. The pool is large and great for the family to play in. I thought the communication from the host was outstanding and would recommend this house, location and host to anyone.

Pleasent stay.

It was a very pleasant stay. The area is very quiet and the small harbor with shopping opportunities is within walking distance. The house/kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this villa.

A beautiful villa and location

The villa was every we wanted and more! We wanted a relaxed family holiday and we couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we booked we felt welcome and looked forward to our stay; communication was excellent. The villa is modern, clean and equipped with everything. We all loved it. The location was perfect a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

Villa Fernando is a beautiful and very comfortable villa.

We had a lovely surprise on arriving at villa fernando. Much nicer than sites photos. Very well equipped. A wonderful large pool. The most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. A great location. The host was very helpful in answering any questions/queries. I would certainly recommend!

Great place

House was large and beautiful. Communication easy. Would not be good house for people with limited mobility or families with small children since there are a lot of stairs. I would suggest they keep some beach chairs/umbrellas for guests to use at the beach.

Thank god for the large pool

Stay coincided with heat wave. Managed to cool off in pool and air con in bedrooms a god send. We also moved the portible a/c unit into the kitchen. Overall fantastic property. Coms with owner quick and responsive. No complaints on any aspect. Highly recommend.

Immaculate, well provisioned and perfectly located villa

A beautiful villa with everything you need for a carefree holiday! (our children started calling it their "Spanish mansion") The pool was fantastic - I think we spent about 80% of our time in it - and the villa itself was pristine and met all our needs wonderfully. A short stroll down into Portopetro for pastries in the morning and another in the evening for eating out, bookending lazy sunny days. Can't really ask for more! Already planning the next one...

PORTO PETRO VILLA

A well equipped and immaculate villa. The sun beds and outside dining furniture were good quality and comfortable, better than shown in the pictures. It would have been useful to know there was a safe, we came across it towards the end of our stay. Building work in progress at the back of the villa, however the work stopped at 3pm. We have stayed in many villas over the last 25 years, Casa Fernanado did not disappoint.

Casa fernando holidays

We have been coming to Casa Fernando for 6 years - every year the standard is just what we've come to expect - clean, bright, well equipped - and with the blessing of air conditioning in the bedrooms - a must in the heat of summer! Our children were 11+13 when we first came - and still enjoy being there in their late teens. The villa is placed in a quiet area with woodland views but within a few minutes walk from the small harbour with it's restaraunts and shops. A 10 minute drive away from Porto Petro is Cala Mandrago - incredibly scenic nature park and beach. We will be back again in 2014!

TRULY AMAZING

This is such a fabulous villa. The location is perfect as Portopetro is within walking distance so you don't need to get into the car each time. This is the cleanest villa I have ever stayed in, absolutely immaculate. I met the lady who cleans the villa and she was on her hands and knees cleaning, such a lovely lady. Everything we needed was there. Pool was clean and seating was great. I can only think of one down side as it has lots of stairs, as it's set out on different levels. This would only be a problem if you had very young children or poor mobility. You can see the stairs in the photos. I can understand why this is a very popular villa. Contact with the owner was very good.

A great choice of villa in a beautiful spot!

Casa Fernando is a lovely villa, beautifully appointed and maintained. The villa was spotlessly clean and complete with generous supplies of all crockery, glassware and towels etc. The pool was cleaned 3 times during our 2 weeks and was chrysal clear throughout. The villa was cleaned perfectly and all linens and towels changed at the end of week1. The villa is set in a lovely quiet situation but only 5 minutes walk away from 6 or 7 really good bars and restaurants. The village has two small but very good supermarkets, reasonably priced and with a good selection of fresh and store cupboard supplies. Porto Petro is a beautiful, unspoiled part of Majorca that provides a very relaxing holiday but with good communications to take you around the island if you wish. Thoroughly recommended and we shall certainly retur.

Perfect property for a relaxed friends reunion

Our stay at Casa Fernando at the start of June was perfect, we had searched for a property that as a group of friends we could reunite post Co-vid for a relaxed stress free break and this did not disappoint. The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, the pool area was large and also well kept. Everything was as per the description including very good WiFi and A/C. The villa also seemed to be in a very peaceful area with great views across the valley. The villa was a 5 minute walk to the lovely Porto Petro, which had a couple of supermarkets, bars and great restaurants all around the Marina and only a 5 minute taxi to Cala D'or. Neus, our host was very responsive to messages and was very helpful. The only caveat I would point out (and not a negative for us) is that the Villa would not really be suitable for young families due to the number of split levels and steps inside, and the pool is right outside the patio doors. If you are looking for a great base for a getaway you can't go far wrong with Casa Fernando!

A perfect casa for us!

Casa Fernando is a beautifully presented villa in a quiet and peaceful spot but just a short walk from Porto Petro centre where there are shops (including a couple of well-stocked grocery stores) and several restaurants. We found plenty of interesting walks around the area - we didn't do all we had planned as most of the time it was a little too hot for long walks which gave us the perfect excuse to stay by the pool with a glass or two of wine! The large pool (kept immaculately clean) and its terrace are at the rear of the house overlooking a lovely wooded valley. The view is stunning, particularly as the sun rises. The house has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and everything is of an excellent quality. We loved sitting outside in the 'rotunda' when we needed shade or to shelter from the occasional storm. We used the pool every day of our 10 day stay. We would have no hesitation in returning and can thoroughly recommend this lovely house. Thank you Neus and Fernando.
