The two-bedroom apartments on the first floor are six of the twelve units for rent in Residence Mare Azzurro, by the most famous beaches in Porto Cesareo. With a shared outdoor area and parking space, the apartment complex can accommodate up to 60 guests, five for each unit.
The holiday homes on the first floor have a furnished verandah, while the units on the first floor have a balcony. Every unit consists of a living room with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and accessories such as washing machine and mosquito nets.

Residence Mare Azzurro, in Porto Cesareo, is on via dei Bacini, the street that connects Porto Cesareo with Torre Lapillo,
famous for its beaches and crystal clear sea. The closest beach is 350
meters away, while the city centre of Porto Cesareo with its amenities
is 1.5 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
