Relax in a beautiful air conditioned 3 bed villa, with heated pool.

This fully Licensed Villa is new to the rental market; a bright, modern immaculately maintained, three bedroomed air conditioned villa, with private heated pool (see below) Furnished to a exceptionally high standard and situated within the 5* Fuerteventura Golf Resort. Only a short walk away from the stunning La Guirra beach and the Atlantico shopping centre, with its bars, restaurants, multiplex cinema and bowling facilities. There is also a large Euro Spar within the centre that caters for all your needs. A further short walk along the coast and you will find yourself in the centre of Caleta de Fuste, with its beautiful beaches and many bars and restaurants.

The villa has an extended lounge area, with a huge 65 inch flat screen smart TV with full UK TV channels. Complimentary wireless internet access, keeps you connected. There is a bright, fully equipped kitchen and separate utility/laundry area with a front loading washing machine just off the lounge. There are three double bedrooms, two of which are fitted with super-king sized deluxe beds, one with en-suite, the other two share a large family bathroom with bath/shower over.

With outside living a must in the year-round warm climate of Fuerteventura, the villa provides access via double patio doors to a beautiful sun soaked terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace is furnished with six sun loungers, a large dinning table with seating and a full sized pool table for your entertainment. There is also a separate, shaded BBQ area which has comfy seating to add to the perfect alfresco dining experience. To the side of the property you will find a partitioned section, laid with artificial lawn, making it a safe play area for young children away from the pool. An external stairway leads you to a large gated roof terrace, where you can enjoy fabulous sea and mountain views.
The Villa is perfect for couples and families wanting a relaxing holiday, or golfers seeking a break. The villa is only 15 minutes drive away from the airport.

*The Pool is heated during the months of October through to May. If heating is require outside these months the extra cost is 15 Euros per day payable at check-in, please check the box in booking form we ask you to complete. Thank you

Fantastic week at this lovely villa

The villa was as shown on the pictures and spotless when we arrived. Terry also left some water and beers in the fridge which was handy as we arrived very late on our first day. Everything worked as it should and any very minor issues were communicated to Terry who was round instantly to show us/sort them. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

Just back from a fabulous stay here, Myself and Family of 7 had a relaxing week in Villa Nodrog. Such a fantastic villa, very clean, spacious with just about everything & anything you need, beautiful pool area & space, fab tv & Wi-Fi, huge entertaining areas and comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms. Very close to beach and shopping centre, taxi rank & McDonalds! Terry our host is fantastic for advice & extremely helpful from up to date emails before your stay up until arrival! Can walk everywhere

Perfect spot to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of choice. But if you’re not feeling so energetic there are taxis or e-scooters. It’s only 15 minutes in a taxi to the airport which does mean you’re in the flight path so can be a bit noisy at times. Clean and spacious villa, great pool. Air con would have been good, if it was a still night it got quite stuffy.

Family Holiday

Just got back from a fantastic week in Fuerteventura! Villa was fab, even better than photographed and described. Everything thought of… welcome booklet, information on the wifi and tv to welcome items in the fridge. Pool table was a fantastic addition to the property which we all enjoyed using. Terry was great-getting us in and check in so easy and helpful. We love the area having been several times before but this is our favourite villa by far! Thank you for a lovely week! We’ll be back!

I have stayed in Caleta de Fuste many times and this is the best place we have been to. Our host Terry was fantastic and available at any time with any query, we couldn't ask for more. The Villa is spotless and everything you need. The pool and pool table were wonderful for all the family and the specious outdoors were great to have a lazy day on the very comfortable furniture. Rooms, and living areas were again outstanding with a wide range of programmes / films if required. All in all a fantastic holiday made even better with the accommodation and host, thank you. Lovely stay in a quiet and well appointed villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa, where everything from beginning to end was 5*. The villa is beautifully presented, inside and out and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The pool (in winter) was lovely and warm on arrival (due to it being heated) and we were able to take our first dip witin short-time of arriving. Checking in to the villa (even out-of-hours was simple), the beds were all very comfy, plenty of space inside and out for dinning together. The area the villa is in, is quiet and peaceful and although it is only a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre and beach front, we used the car for the 2-3 minute short drive, due to the heat and having a toddler. The only way this villa could be better is if it had air conditioning in the bedrooms - even in February, I found it slightly too warm to sleep comfortably (even with the windows open - but I am someone who likes it unreasonably cool at night. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and the family enjoyed themselves immensely with the lovely pool, large tv and pool table. We very much recommend this villa.

Just returned from 1 week stay… villa exactly as described in VRBO.. Terry the property manager was really helpful, met us on arrival and allowed us early check in… excellent outdoor area with pool, pool table and BBQ… easy 10 min stroll down to Atlantico shopping center where there’s a supermarket and a few bars/restaurants and another 10 min walk along the beach into centre of Caleta. Villa was clean and had all required equipment for eating, cooking and BBQ…Although there was no AC it wasn’t really an issue as a couple of open windows provided a nice breeze through the property and there’s fans available in bedrooms and living area.. Taxis were less than 5 euros from Caleta back to Villa.. all in all a great stay in a nice villa with easy access to all local amenities… would definitely recommend and would return…😎😎👍👍

Please do not stay at this property. It’s lovely but straight after we left they tried to claim additional charges for our stay for unsubstantiated and unspecific damages. Made us sound like vandals for what was essentially wear and tear. I think it’s a scam and would discourage anyone to stay here. If you do, expect to pay a lot more than the price you originally agreed to.

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. Terry was so welcoming and informative when we first arrived. Really pleased with the size of the villa, ample room, even if there had been more of us! So handy having both beach & bathroom towels, and had everything with needed. Little touches like condiments, washing up liquid & hand soap were super handy. They really have thought of every little detail. The location was perfect, not too far to the supermarket, cabs were super cheap too, only €3! The pool was lovely and kept clean by Terry, he couldn’t have done enough to help us, worth his weight in gold! Very quiet area, rarely hear anyone. It’s in the flight path BUT was handy being a 10 minute drive from the airport. It didn’t make us enjoy our stay any less. It really was just like a home from home, has definitely confirmed for us that a villa is the way forward now for holidays! Would recommend staying in the area if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Much needed break away!

Just returned from a relaxing stay at this lovely villa, location great (15min walk down to Atlantico shopping mall ) and not too far to walk to the town if you don’t mind walking but taxis are so cheap so just as easy to call one. Easy check in and soon settled in, villa has everything you need and is very spacious and comfortable, lovely outside area with nice sized swimming pool and a pool table for something to do too, lots of sun all day long which is great and loungers are very comfy. Nice sofa area undercover too so even when it rained was able to sit outside as it was still lovely and warm. Kitchen well equipped and we were left some water, beer and wine which was a nice touch. All in all a very nice week had here by my Dad and I, only thing I’ll say is that the pool was supposedly heated but it didn’t feel like it was and when I asked the property manager about it he said the pump had a slight leak but heating was working, but it could have done with being a bit warmer because it wasn’t pleasant getting in and certainly not warm enough to stay in for long so as a keen swimmer I was disappointed in this.

Enjoyable Stay

We've been coming to Caleta for 10 years and have stayed in many different villas.What did we like?*The space - it's a big villa*The large, comfortable sofa. *The huge TV*The very comfy bed. *The wine, milk and beer left in fridge - standard welcome, but appreciated.*The beautiful, sparkling, super warm, pool - probably the best pool we've encountered.Terry was VERY helpful - great work on keeping the pool clean and warm. He replaced a faulty kettle within hours.What did we dislike?*No air conditioning - fine in March, but the huge windows in the sitting room and lack of curtains or blinds in the sitting room would make the villa extremely hot during high season.*The thin throws on the sofa. There to protect the pale leather sofa, but these covers needed to be repositioned all the time.*The chipped crockery, too few mugs.*The lack of a cleaner after our 1st week. Everywhere else we've stayed, a cleaner has arrived at the end of the 1st week and left everywhere spotless. As a couple in our 70s and naturally careful and neat, we are very tidy guests, but villas still need cleaning after a week.*No cleaning materials - if there's no cleaning lady, at least some loo cleaner and Jif would be useful.*We had to change our own bed and swap bedding with the other bed.*Lack of a good reading light in any room, and poor lighting in the kitchen

Thanks for your following feedback, which we appreciate on the following points. 1. You have mentioned the huge windows in the lounge and that without aircon in the summer it would be extremely hot. These are large patio doors which all open fully and when open lets in a lovely fresh breeze throughout the summer period. please see new photos added to site 2. I have checked how many mugs there are, I counted 7 in total, the villa sleeps 6 in total. 3. Sorry we only fully prep our villas for the arrival of new guests, we hope that guests will keep the villa tidy during their stay and shouldn’t be the need for a cleaner to enter the villa unlike hotels. Once again thank you for leaving the villa spotlessly clean. 4. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles both with identical king size beds both of which fully made with fresh linen and towels. One twin bedroom also fully made up. Sorry, we didn’t feel the need to do a change of linen on the bed you were sleeping and we simply suggested you switched bedrooms.

Amazing Place

We had such an amazing week in the villa! Terry was in contact with us regularly before we arrived and let us store our bags there before our actual check-in at 3pm. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was excellent, 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Pool was lovely amd the pool table was well used! Looking for dates for our next visit!

Villa Nodrog was purchased last year after a lengthy search of the area. We fell in love with the outside space, and from the moment we walked through the door, we knew this was the one for us.. it is perfect in every way!

The villa has sun all day, and is sheltered from the Fuerteventura ‘winds’. It is local to the airport, the resort, and a 5* Golf course. There is a huge choice of local restaurants and bars nearby and the area around the villa is extremely quiet. The villa is modern and well equipped and decorated/furnished to an extremely high standard with it’s own private salt water swimming pool. The Villa is maintained by Terry and Shirley who will be on hand during your stay for twice weekly pool cleaning and check-in/out.
