Bungalow is situated in Sonnenland, Maspalomas, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, very close to Maspalomas Natural Dunes Reserve and Playa del Ingles.
Comfortable bungalow with a wonderful terrace, where you can enjoy the best climate in the world. It has a large communal pool and a smaller for children.
The bungalow has a private entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom 2 beds and a sofa-bed in living room ideal for children.
Parking area, nearest supermarkets and pharmacy, bus stop from / to airport, 15 min walking to the beach of dunes.

I enjoyed the stay in this nice location. Very clean and well equiped. Ideal spot for cycling trips or days at the beach. Easy check in process and great communication! The noise from the streets was a bit intense in the early mornings.

Nice house with lovely garden

We had a nice time in the house. Nice specious house with nice kitchen with inductief hub and dolce gusto devies. We missed an oven dish and sink, but saved us well. We recieved a lot of information about places of interest and restaurants. Restaurant Vista Bonita is nearby and good food for a good price. A lot of possibility to parc the car next to the house. Very clean large pool wich i used every day even though it was cold.

Nice little Bungelow

The hosts could not have been more helpful. Easy check in process and great communication throughout the holiday. The Bungelow is really nicely decorated and has a well appointed kitchen (large fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob and electric oven). The bed is a super king with a very firm mattress and the bedroom has ample storage. The shower room also has a small washing machine in a separate cupboard. This proved invaluable as we were travelling with hand luggage only. The garden is pretty, well tended and spacious with plenty of room for outdoor living. The facility has a huge completely modernised swimming pool (unheated) with a separate children's pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available for shade if needed. The plot is on a corner of a circumventing road with steps down to the main road down to the Faro (30 mins walk or 1 min to the bus stop). Meloneras beach and seafront restaurants are 15 mins walk away. Parking is easy and very secure with CCTV covering the area. The area is very safe amongst other holidaymakers with self catering accommodation. The only drawback of the location is constant background road noise peaking in the morning and evening. with no air conditioning, having the windows open does not help. However, the pool area is very quiet and a real positive for the facility.
