5 ensuite rooms that occupy the whole villa, enables 10 to 15 persons to sleep in this property that is exclusive to you (3 of the 5 bedrooms in the villa are family rooms with beds on mezzanine floors. And there are pullout beds too).
All is made to be comfortable and pleasant, elegant and lovely.

All the buildings on the property have been completely restored. Natural materials were chosen in line with the principles of biological architecture, to respect the spirit of the place and preserve the original character of the old structures.

The Villa is a late nineteenth century square-based building, with 5 independent bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Ground floor: lounge with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom (accessible to wheelchairs).
First floor: four bedrooms looking onto the four cardinal points (there is also a separate access provided from an external staircase).

The villa has a private garden with wooden furniture. Around the pool (oval, 6m x 12m x 1.40m) the guests have some sunbeds, beach chairs and see mats. There is ample parking out of sight from the house (a few meters apart, one can always drive up to the house to load or unload).

The villa is part of a group of houses where the owners live. They speak english and are always available for assisting their guests during their stay.
On arrival, the owners will welcome their guests and explain every important thing to know about the house and the surroundings.

During your stay, you might never see the owners, except when parking their cars - their property has its own private external areas and entrances, totally independent of your exclusive villa and your exclusive grounds that surround the property.

In the Villa's kitchen there is a device that purifies the water of the aqueduct by eliminating toxic substances and limestone, but leaving the mineral salts unchanged and a PH of 7.5 / 8, so you won't need to buy water at the supermarket.

The Yoga studio is set apart from the villa and the cottage and is in its own garden.....and, if it is being used by the owner, you are unlikely to be aware of this, such is its strategic location.

The owners can offer cooking classes and occasionally organize meals on request.
They can also assist in organizing wine tasting tours around the area.
