Relax in Monticello

The 3 apartments in the house made it ideal for our family reunion. The children and adults enjoyed the big swimming pool in the beautiful garden. It would have been nice if there would have been some toys around for the children. We definitely would come back for another holiday.

This was the highlight of our stay in Todi!

Our family of 8 found this property was more than we could’ve hoped for. It’s convenient to get to Todi, Perugia, and everywhere else you might want to explore. We found the host family to be so accommodating. In fact, they became part of our extended family. If you are considering Umbria as one of your Italy visits, book this home!

Erholung in der Idylle

Wir waren mit 2 Familien, insgesamt 10 Personen und zwei Hunden in dem Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr lieb in Enpfang genommen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Familie der Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und liebevoll. Das spiegelt sich auch in dem Haus und in der Gartenanlage wieder. Das Haus war für unsere Ansprüche perfekt. Wir hatten 2 getrennte Wohneinheiten, die Küche im Eg haben wir gemeinsam genutzt. Es wäre auch möglich gewesen eine 3. Wohneinheit seperat zu nutzen. Jede Wohneinheit hat nochmal eine eigene Küche. Der Garten ist riesig. Unsere Hunde hatten viel Platz um sich auszutoben. Überall stehen Schatten spendende Pflanzen und Bäume, die alle toll gepflegt werden. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wir hatten darin jede Menge Spaß. Perfekt waren für uns auch die zwei unterschiedlichen Ebenen im Pool. So konnten auch die kleineren teilweise stehen. Der Pool und der Garten werden auch während dem Aufenthalt gepflegt. Aber so früh morgens, das haben wir gar nicht mitbekommen. Der Weg nach Montichello war ein wenig aufregend. Es geht teilweise steil nach oben und die Straßen sind abenteuerlich. Aber daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Das einzig schade war, dass man selbst für ein Eis in das Auto sitzen muss. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit auch nur irgendetwas in der Nähe beziehungsweise fußläufig zu erreichen. Vielen Dank liebe Lucia und Familie. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub!

Wunderschön

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und zwei Hunden für eine Woche Gast bei Feliciana. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für Pool und Garten gilt das Gleiche. Feliciana und ihre Tochter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Wir können das Haus 100% empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.

Een geweldige locatie in Umbrie, rust en veel comfort.

Waren met 6 volwassenen en een baby. Camping bed en kinderstoel werden bij aankomst snel geregeld. Het landhuis biedt veel comfort waarbij alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer/douche en ventilator hebben en horren en luiken voor alle ramen. Een groot zwembad (regelmatig schoongemaakt) in een mooie tuin. Keuken gerei meer dan voldoende aanwezig en een mooie tuin. Alles schoon en netjes; gerund door een behulpzame en vriendelijke familie. Een paar ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Het verblijf is zeker de moeite waard en heeft een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Kregen zelfs nog een wijnproeverij aangeboden in de omgeving van Todi.

Ottima posizione per trascorrere una vacanza in piena tranquillità a pochi km dalle bellissime città umbre. Eccellente organizzazione della struttura: tre appartamenti distinti (completi di cucina e servizi) al piano primo ed, al piano terra, un ampio salone con cucina super accessoriata e servizio igienico, consentono di soggiornare in comitiva ma al tempo stesso nel rispetto della privacy di ciascuna coppia e/o famiglia. La casa è bella, pulita, confortevole ed accogliente; è veramente fornita di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno non solo in vacanza ma nella normale vita quotidiana. Disponibilità, cordialità e gentilezza dei proprietari contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno pienamente soddisfacente. Che voto dare ? 10 e lode. Ottima anche la compagnia ..... speriamo di avere altre occasioni per tornarci.

Nous avons passé des vaca...

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables en famille dans cette maison merveilleuse, spacieuse et meublée avec goût. La piscine est superbe, grande et très bien entretenue, ainsi que le jardin. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, toujours disponibles et pleins d'attention pour les clients. La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter tous les sites les plus importants d'Ombrie. Il est rarissime de trouver autant d'atouts réunis dans une location de vacances!
