Berlin like at home apartment

A 50 square meter, first floor apartment in a period building (altbau wohnung), in the Schoneberg district of West Berlin. Very bright and airy (double exposition, high ceilings, large windows), it is furnished and fitted to a high standard. Perfect for a couple to enjoy Berlin feeling like at home! However, it can host up to 5 people. The corridor has a wardrobe. The living room is pleasantly furnished with a sofa bed, poufe-bed, 2 armchairs, desk, bookcase, TV, wifi.
The living room stairs lead to 15 square meters sleeping area with a king-size bed. The height in the mezzanine is 130cm (measured from the floor) and around 105cm (measured from the bed). In case you are in 2 and you prefer it, you can ask me in advance to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs.
The spacious kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, moka, toaster, pots and pans.
The bathroom has a roomy shower.
Easy on-street parking.

Berlin Perfection

Every moment of this stay was a delight ! The apartment was stunning and well equipped. The communication process was wonderful. The host's representative Rainer was great and accommodating, even when I initially gave the wrung arrival time. He even came by for our early morning check-out. We hope we have the opportunity to return soon. Thank you !

We had a nice stay at the apartment in Berlin. Irene (owner) is very prompt with responses but the property manager who lived in the building, was not. The loft bed has a steep staircase and low ceiling that requires bending however this is apparent in the photographs, just be prepared if you have mobility issues. Some small things like kitchen paper, dishcloth, more toilet rolls would be helpful.

Goede communicatie met eigenaar en beheerder.Leuk appartementje, compleet ingericht maar wel erg basic.Geschikt voor 2 of 3 personen. Bovenste slaapplaats wel heel erg laag dus pas op dat je je hoofd niet stoot!Bus voor de deur, en met overstap op de S bahn ben je met half uurtje in het centrum.Kleine supermarktjes vlakbij, grote Lidl ongeveer 20 minuutjes lopen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön, sauber und ordentlich wie im Inserat beschrieben / auf den Fotos dort zusehen. Die Verkehrsanbindung an S-Bahn und Bus ist super, in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ideal für eine 4-köpfige Familie mit größeren Kindern oder für ein Pärchen. Besonders die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ist für Ferienwohnungen nicht selbstverständlich.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Ausstattung

Im Vorfeld gab es schon reichlich Infos zur Wohnung und zu möglichen Unternehmungen. Das war super. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und auch sonst wurden alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alle Anregungen der Kommentare sind umgesetzt worden, sodas Toaster und Wasserkocher die üppig ausgestattete Küche komplettierten. Das i-Tüpfelchen waren große Mengen an Eiswürfeln, die uns bei 30°C willkommen hießen. Die Wohngegend war auch nachts ruhig und wir fühlten uns sicher auf dem Weg von und zur S-Bahn. Bus direkt vor der Haustür mit 10Minuten- Taktung, top! Auch die Schlüsselabgabe zu unchristlicher Zeit war gar kein Problem. Danke nochmals an Rainer, der einen tollen Job macht vor Ort.

Teures Mittelmaß - ungeeignet für Familien

Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind in Ordnung. Für Einzelne Personen oder ein Paar, ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Für Familien jedoch völlig ungeeignet. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht klar hervorgeht ist, dass es sich um eine Maisonette Wohnung handelt. (Sie hat somit weniger Räume als genannt) Die Unfallgefahr für Kinder, insbesondere Kleinkinder ist erheblich! Auch für Ältere Menschen und Menschen mit körperlicher Einschränkung ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Es gab keinen geeigneten Platz für die Unterbringung des Kinderwagens. Es war bekannt das wir mit Kindern in jungem Alter anreisen würden. Dennoch wurden wir nicht auf die örtlichen Gegebenheiten hingewiesen. Die Wohnung wird zudem mit gehobener Ausstattung beschrieben. Dies trifft nicht zu. Billigmöbel von bekannter Schwedenmarke in teilweise abgenutzter Form, sind nicht gehoben. Fazit. Eine schöne, sauber Wohnung geeignet für Singles und Junge Paare. Insgesamt etwas überteuert.

Schöne Wohnung-schlechte Betten/bad beds

Die Wohnung ist schön, hat eine gute Lage, für einen Kurzaufenhalt mit 4 Personen (Familie) gut geeignet, wenn nicht das Schlafen auf der Coach eine Katastrophe wäre.Man spürt jede Feder. Das Futon ist ok, aber knochenhart.

Nice flat and well located but....

The bedroom upstairs has such a low ceiling that you have to squat to bed. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. That is the most important thing you have to leave in a holiday flat. The flat was not cleaned thoroughly Only on the surfaces. So much dust underneath the sofa bed!

Eine gute Unterkunft für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Jugendlichen

Eine geräumige helle Wohnung mit großen Fenstern. Das Klappsofa war neuwertig und bequem. Die Hochebene war für unsere Kinder eine gute Schlaf-und Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Küche war ausreichend bestückt. Nur ein Wasserkocher wäre gut gewesen. Wir konnten die 2 Bäckereien und einen kleinen Einkaufmarkt gut nutzen zur Frühstücks- und Snackversorgung. Gewünscht hätte ich mir ein paar Bücher, Informationen, Karten, Zeitschriften zum Reiseort Berlin. Gut war, dass der Ansprechpartner gleich vor Ort war und somit spontane und schnelle Treffen und Vereinbarungen getroffen werden konnten. Danke
