Welcome to Union Woods - A beautiful home just minutes to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons, 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Salt Palace Convention Center. Perfect for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing and snowboarding at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to the freeway to downtown Salt Lake.



This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

We had a pleasant stay at this home, which is conveniently located near the entrance to the canyon, making our daily ski trips quick and easy. It was also located a quick drive away from many restaurant options and stores. The house offered good value for the price, although it was not extensively stocked - just the basics were available (like spices, just enough dishwashing pods / laundry for each day). However, the management was very responsive when we requested more clean sheets and towels, which was much appreciated.While the house does show some signs of wear, it was comfortable for our group's stay. We particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace, the spacious garage, and the clean, large hot tub. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend it for a convenient and enjoyable getaway!

Overall great time staying here with friends. Location was close to everything we needed, especially with Harmon’s right around the corner. Great Location!

We loved the location of the rental as it was close to many ski resorts. It was a quick drive to Solitude and Brighton! The home was clear and had plenty of room for our family! We would stay here again!

Was a great house to use for vacation.

Overall was a great house to use for the holiday weekend. Bedrooms were large, full stocked kitchen allowed us to do some cooking, and even had a garage to park the cars in. Not super close to downtown, but there are restaurants and shopping in the area.

Great Location

It's close to alot of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. The property was clean. Some damages like paint and such...needs to be stated so people that stay aren't responsible for documenting.

Really Enjoyed It

This was a great property for our recent family trip to Salt Lake City. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Its central location made it easy to explore the area including downtown, Snowbird, and Park City. The management company was very responsive when we let them know the TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new one within a few hours.

Great location with lots of room

This condo is in a great location, close to everything. We came for a ski trip and we’re not disappointed. There is lots of room for Several guests. Really appreciated the hot tub, which was needed everyday after skiing. The only thing recommended would be more laundry detergent provided for guests. We rent houses and condos a lot and this is the first time we had to buy/bring extra to do our laundry. Regardless, we’d stay here again. It is a great place.
