Located on Dundas Street, this newly refurbished apartment provides you with an excellent hub from which to explore the city. Within minutes of walking, you can reach George Street and Princes Street where you will find a plethora of shops, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.

Offering a stylish living room with an abundance of natural light, a pristinely clean bathroom, comfortable bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen - our apartment offers an experience that will make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

LIVING ROOM:
A spacious and elegant living room welcomes you to relax on a large and comfortable corner sofa. The room is designed beautifully, with a modern aesthetic that provides style, comfort and warmth to the room, making it not only a hub for unwinding in, after a long day, but also a lovely sight to behold.

BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms are large, ultra clean, and modern. They come with plenty of space for all your belongings. The Master bedroom also includes a flat screen TV and a dressing table.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a shower unit and everything you might need for your comfort.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for all your needs and very functional. There is a coffee maker, a microwave, toaster, oven, and of course the necessary amount of dishes and cutlery.

ENTERTAINMENT:
There are Alexa-enabled SONOS Wireless HiFi Systems, in the livingroom and both bedrooms which you can use at your disposal.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Guest access
Guests will have full unrestricted access to the whole property including Queen St Gardens East. Please note, Gardens access has strict conditions (no fires).

Cozy flat in a fantastic location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was very clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to all the activities we had planned In Edinburgh. Our only negative was a lack of glassware. There were only two water glasses in the flat. Otherwise, very nice.

New Town property
Great place to stay - we loved it ! Just needs an iron and ironing board - our clothes were crushed from travel, and needed a pressing but we couldn’t. Also, a wooden spoon for cooking needed ! Otherwise excellent ( lovely silvery coloured carpet was quite stained, which was a shame, but didn’t bother us )

Weekend Stay
This is a fantastic property for a stay in Edinburgh. The location is perfect, only 2 minutes walk to George Street. The apartment is very well presented with all the amenities required. I would have no hesitation in booking again for a visit to Edinburgh.
