PARKING & LIFT ACCESS - A beautiful, modern central apartment.
This stunning apartment on Brunswick Road was built in 2018 so it provides accommodation in excellent condition with new quality furniture and fixtures. The property has 2 bedrooms (one ensuite), a main bathroom, a superbly equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer and dishwasher and a bright, spacious living room with generous balcony. There is a reserved parking space for one car at the rear of the building. If you like to be in the heart of it all then Brunswick Road is the ideal address for a contemporary urban lifestyle. Princes Street and Waverley train station are about a 15 minute walk away while the nearest tram (from the airport) stop is less than a 5 minute walk away. The surrounding areas (Elm Row and Leith Walk) have a number of renowned bars and restaurants together with coffee shops and deli's (Valvona and Crolla) while the Tesco supermarket is less than a 3 minute walk away. One does not need to have a car in this location as the bus and tram service on Leith Walk is excellent but the car park, with our one reserved space, is at the rear of the building.

Excellent location for those who prefer to stay among the locals. Leith walk has an excellent selection of pubs and shops within a short walk. Busses and trams are close by if you need to go further.
The property was great, clean, and close to everything we needed. Steps away from the tram shop. Host was responsive and ensured we had what we needed.
Easy and clear check in process and a great location close to public transportation, lots of cute coffee shops and thrift stores and easy access into the central city area.
Had a great stay at this property. It was a 15 minute walk to the royal mile. Condo was clean and well looked after. Owner was very accommodating and helpful.
We were in town for Fringe and the apartment was a perfect base and great for our family. Easy access to downtown and Arthur's Seat. Would definitely return,
The flat was comfortable, spotless clean and had everything we needed. The location is so good for access to the town but also cafe and restaurant in a few minutes walk.
Great apartment for the 4 of us. Some really fantastic restaurants, bakeries and cafes a few minutes walk on a couple of different streets. Apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Short walk into central Edinburgh.
This was the perfect apt for our week long stay. It was plenty of space me my husband, mother-in-law, 1.5 year old daughter, and me. It’s in a great location and Francois was a great host!
The property was clean and tidy and is in a great location. It is perfect for our party as the property was accessible by lift and had a walk in shower.
The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
I would definitely book it again.
Enjoyed the closeness of the apartment to the main areas of Edinburgh. Quiet modern apartment close to groceries and restaraunts (The Walnut is a fantastic restaurant). Thanks for the great support and communication from the hosts.
The property was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and away from all the crowds (which we enjoyed), yet close enough to get around to all the sights conveniently. The lift and free parking were a bonus. All in all, a great choice!
Great apartment, and good communication with Francois, a very helpful host. All good.

About the host
Hosted by Francois
I’ve been renting out holiday homes since the late 90’s, both my own and other people’s. I manage this particular property on behalf of the owner who lives on the Isle of Skye and they use this as their base when in Edinburgh so it is a well-loved and cared for home.
Why they chose this property
It was purchased brand new in a vibrant part of the city and being so close to the centre it really does have much to offer.
What makes this property unique
Parking and lift access can be hard to find in such a central location.
