This stylish and modern yet super cosy 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base to explore the city while enjoying the lively neighbourhood of Edinburgh's most iconic street.

Rose Street offers the best restaurants and pubs in a unique atmosphere. Charming, rich and full of life!

The apartment's incredibly central location means everything is a short walkable distance away. The fully equipped kitchen, the TV, the wifi and the comfortable living room guarantees a lovely night in should you decide to have enough sightseeing for the day.

NOTE: there is a chair bed in the twin bedroom that can sleep a child up to the age of 10 for an additional cost of 15 £. It is not suitable for adults! Please let me know in advance if you wish to use this bed.

Good experience

Well located, clean and cosy. Very good serice from the provider. We were very satisfied. You should know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Good but could have been better

We arrived and had a bit of difficulty finding our VRBO. We found out that google maps doesnt work well do to underground city areas. Once we arrived, the central hall we entered was not the cleanest though this is an old building. We were happy that the actual apartment was very clean. Be aware there are several flights of stairs to climb. We did have an issue with the hot water...there wasn't any. We followed instructions given to no avail. After several texts, my husband was asked to remove a panel and do a reset. This finally worked but then we couldnt get any cold water in the shower. We gave up at this point and just dealt with it for the few days we were there as we didnt have time to keep messaging and trying to fix issues. We would have preferred to have had a representative fix the issue in person considering the amount of money we paid. Overall, it was a good stay despite the issues.

Visiting for the Fringe

Lovely stay, visiting Edinburgh for the fringe. The property is on the third floor just behind princes street. Prefect for getting around to see Edinburgh and the fringe events. It is on a street with bars so is noisy at night. This didn't bother us as we were out late. Lovely apartment with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.

Lovely flat, great location

This was a very lovely flat, clean and roomy. The location on Rose St was great- cafes and pubs right outside your door and about 15 min walk to Old Town. Very homey feel. Communicating with Andrew was a breeze and he was very helpful in making suggestions about what to do around Edinburgh. Would stay here again!
