Beautiful home just steps from the beach, coffee shop, ice cream, and great restaurants. Donna was welcoming and very accommodating with our stay. We would stay here over and over again!

We had an amazing time at this property. The location is wonderful, so close to the beach and lots of dining options. We really appreciated the extras like beach towels, bikes and the beach wagon and chairs. Communication with the host was fast and easy every time. We'll be back!

The only thing we were confused with was why we were charged a cleaning fee and then told we had to sweep, wash towels and strip beds before we left. A few things were subpar, towel rack and tissue holder hanging, definitely need updated pictures but overall we has a nice stay and found it cozy. The owners were very good with communication and we appreciated that.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and had great amenities. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach. The host was superb: friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

After Disney Beach Trip!!

We decided to relax at the beach after our Disney trip and this was the perfect place! Just steps away from the beach and everything was perfect! My kids loved the location!

This place feels like home away from home. The hosts are amazing and very responsive. The location is steps from the beach and all the fun of St Augustine Beach. Place was immaculately clean.Highly recommend this house!!!!

We loved Family Tides! The beach was a short walk from the house. You could see the beach and ocean from the second floor porch. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. There were beach chair and a wagon available which we took advantage of. The location was close to many restaurants and a short drive to town.

Very nice neighborhood. Close to everything necessary, grocery store, gas station, restaurants, coffee shop. Beautiful home - plenty of room. Loved the back yard!

Perfect Spot

We have visited St. Augustine a few times and this is our favorite place by far. The house was beautiful and clean. Just a few steps away from the beach and our favorite taco place. The owner was very responsive and there were plenty of beach toys in the garage for us to use. We look forward to visiting again!

Great house, great location

House is very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels made packing a bit lighter! Just a few steps to the beach that was not overly crowded. We loved the location as well and would definitely stay here again. Communication, check in, etc was all easy and great! Beautiful home, decorated so cute with beach decor, stocked well, plenty of space. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Great coffee and breakfast right across the street. Grill needs a little love, cooked great but needed some cleaning! Great back yard with fire pit. Friendly neighbors.

Beach House Perfection

My family and I had the best vacation here! You simply cannot beat the location. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The house itself was impressively clean; the kitchen was large and spacious, and living area great to just lounge. There were a few outdoor areas to choose from. I just wish we had more time to enjoy them! It’s the only place I ever want to stay! The hosts were quick to respond and check in to make sure everything was okay. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing house!
