Pensacola Beach

My adult daughter and I love this area of Pensacola Beach- close to Peg Leg Pete's, Langdon Beach and all the places we like to explore. The condo was recently renovated and was perfect for us. Very comfortable and great views. Southern Rentals kept in touch and the check-in process was very easy. Will definitely stay here again!!

Overall it was great, close to be beach. Just be aware that the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and there are no elevators.There's no beach on the north (bay) side accessible without a car ride. The Gulf facing beach is a very short walk away. The apartment was in good condition. The TVs were small, the one downstairs has cable and a smart TV with streaming apps available. The two upstairs had no programming available. (the maintenance people said they were going to change them eventually).Half bathroom downstairs was convenient, and bathroom on each room was helpful. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped.

Santa rosa Dunes 327

When arrived had trouble with getting in the door.Great location however not suitable for older people or anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the front door and all bedrooms are up more steep stairs in the condo.

Great location, few improvements could go a long way

Great location, walking distance to beach. The place was as advertised and clean. My husband stayed here while visiting family that lives at the beach so we didn’t use many of the amenities but would suggest better mattresses (very loud and uncomfortable - and we tried all 3), better Wi-Fi and fix the front door (difficult to unlock) for the price.

Beautiful condo, loved the upstairs flooring and bright windows. Great location right across from beach and close to many restaurants. Only issue was poor communication regarding the door code. When we asked for the code, we were told it was in the portal, but we never received that email with the link. Had to ask again for the code and finally received it day before our stay. Original code did not work when we got there, so we had to call and they set a new code.

It was okay! It wasn’t as close to the beach as expected. The pool didn’t have night lights so couldn’t use the pool. Check out was too early at 9 A.M. and we were harassed because we were a little late getting out! I definitely will check out a different spot for next time

Basically, you get what you pay for with this property (good rate for holiday weekend). Small balcony but love sound view. Recommend make over for living room around new couch. Everything functional but nothing fancy. Suggest washing bathroom rugs as part of housekeeping routine. Few TV channels in master bedroom. The pool was AWESOME and location to sound for boating and Gulf across street was very convenient. We had two older children and the two full size beds in 2nd bedroom was much better than sleeping on sofa bed. Really enjoyed our weekend!!

Great location but needs some updates

The place is a little dated and could use some updates like better tv and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi kept turning off and the bedroom tv's didn't work right. The dishes were put up dirty and left a mess in the kitchen.

It was a great place for a multiple couple vacation

We had a great time. I would recommend this for any two couples and small children. It is clean and the kitchen has everything needed for easy meals. Very close to the beach access point for easy commute. It really was a great set up for our trip.
