Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in the Camp District of Watercolor Resort. Nestled on Crossvine Circle, this home is ideal for 2 families with 2 master suites, a queen bed, and a bunk room with 4 twins.

This charming home is just a block from Camp Watercolor, yet backs a serene pond for a bit of occasional, much-needed seclusion. Two screened and two open porches as well as a back patio allow plenty of outdoor space for everyone.

All bedrooms and both livings have televisions. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed, has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beautiful super high-end bedding makes a good night's rest effortless. Also, Publix is two blocks away, perfect for a quick run if the cupboard or wine cabinet gets low!

Watercolor Amenity passes are included.

This home is owner operated. We have made such wonderful family memories at 28 Crossvine Circle and hope that you will too.

We are a very busy family of four but vacation is our time to regroup. We love the Watercolor/Seaside area, and it has been an important part of our children's youth. They have played countless soccer and bocce ball games, eaten tons of Dawson's and Heavenly's, and had more tacos than I can count. We hope you love it as much as we do, and would love to share our home with you.

Why they chose this property

28 Crossvine is perfectly located...very close to Camp Watercolor and Publix and a short bike ride from the beach, yet far enough away from the crazy crowds that take the relaxation out of vacation.
Not to mention, it is has two master suites and two additional rooms for kiddos, so it is perfect for two families. All this, and it is wonderfully appointed with tons of great outdoor space, including two screened and two open porches and a new backyard patio by the pond.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with so many facets of this home. The master bath with it's amazing onyx tile, the beautiful apple green wall of kitchen cabinets, and the great backyard patio with adirondack chairs and an perfect view of the adjacent pond are all near and dear to our hearts.
