** This cottage comes with use of the owner's 6-seater golf cart with signed waiver and an up front REFUNDABLE deposit of $1000 to cover any incidental damages. If the golf cart(s) become unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion. You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart.
