This 4*detached traditional Welsh cottage (Independently graded by Visit Wales) with modern conveniences is in a quiet location but within a 5 minute walk to the lovely High Street which is lined with a wide variety of great independent shops, restaurants & bars.
A great base for those looking for a beach holiday or for some lovely country walks from the front door.
Lounge.
The cosy lounge has a slate floor, timber beamed ceiling, bespoke window shutters and for those cosy evenings a wood burning stove. In addition and for your entertainment there is a large flat smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player and a Alexa speaker. A range of books, maps, and DVDs are also available within the cottage. Also, unlimited free Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Garden.
A stable door from the living room leads to your attractive cottage garden. Surrounded with established fruit trees, a well-stocked bird feeding table, garden furniture, a barbecue and a chiminea for late summer evening alfresco dining
The garden has direct access onto the Prestatyn/Dyserth walkway which leads to Dyserth waterfall, ideal for family bike rides or dog walks.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room.
The well-equipped cottage kitchen has a quarry tiled floor, bespoke window shutters, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, electric oven and a gas hob. A comfortable seating area allows guests the opportunity to dine, relax and plan the day ahead.
Bedrooms.
The master bedroom has dual aspect views over the garden and courtyard. Stunning original features such as oak parquet flooring, large timber beams and an arch braced ceiling. It boasts a king size reclaimed oak bed which puts guests in danger of those long lazy lie ins! Built in wardrobes, dressing table, T.V and ample room for a cot.
The second bedroom also has a parquet floor, a double bed, built-in wardrobe with views overlooking the courtyard.
A modern bathroom, with detail in keeping with the cottage's charm, large walk in shower with drencher, sink and WC.
Secure bike storage & a walkers drying room.
Complimentary tea/Coffee/milk, wine & Flowers.
Located in Prestatyn, with off street parking (Narrow driveway) this cottage is in a fantastic location. Prestatyn Beach and Dyserth Waterfall reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include SeaQuarium Rhyl, Rhuddlan Castle and St. Asaph Cathedral.
