This beautiful apartment on the second floor has spectacular views of the community and the pool. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room and there is wi-fi.

The garden area is beautiful with two outdoor pools and one heated by use outside the high season.

In the area there is a commercial park, water park and leisure park for children.

The urbanization is very well maintained with security guard, tennis courts and playgrounds within the gated community.

En general todo bien, limpio, fácil. Segunda planta sin ascensor pero para unos dias pasable.parking cerca y suficiente. Aire acondicionado bueno, presión de agua baja, cama grande buena aunque el protector de colchon suena mucho. Camas pequeñas pasables, baños amplios, uma bañera grande y otro con plato medio-pequeñoFalta menaje, cuberteria, jabon de manos, pastillas lavavajillasHay wifi bien. Acceso a piscina cerquitaPiscina limpia y amplia, buen cesped-grama, sombrillas justitas, puedes meter Sillas pero nada de jugar a na de na. Orientación de terraza buena con sombra mañanera para un buen desayuno tranquilito. Buenas vistas al interior de la urbanizacion. Noches tranquilas. Avenidas interminables para correr, mercadona y consum a 3 minutos . Mejor este ultimo, mas variedad. Playas cerquita, entre 5 y 30 minutos.

Al-Andalus apartment

The apartment is in a large gated holiday complex and is in a good location being on the second floor and so having an open balcony. It's a great area and very safe for children but access to the facilities was limited while we were there due to coronavirus restrictions which was understandable but not ideal - visits to the pool needed to be pre-booked for example. The nearest shops, restaurants and beaches are 1 to 2 miles away so you definitely need a car but there are plenty of nice beaches within a 30 minute drive and lots of great places to visit (Mojacar, for example, is very nice). The apartment overlooks one of the main communal areas and, if you normally go to bed early, then you should be aware that it is noisy outside until after midnight. Every evening from about 10:00pm a large group of 20-30 children would gather outside, doing nothing out of the ordinary, just getting together and having fun, but the noise made it hard to get to sleep. Conversely at 8am it was very quiet and peaceful. We adjusted our hours, going to bed late and getting up late, which worked for us. The apartment itself was comfortable and had all the essentials but would benefit from someone going in for a day to sort out a few minor niggles.
