Recent house (2013) of 120m ², built in monomur, insulating and ecological materials.
The 6 beds are divided in 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and a bathroom, the other with 1 double bed and a bathroom (walk-in shower and sink for 2).
Upstairs is the living on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom (bath and walk-in shower).
The 2 toilets are separated, 1 up, 1 down.
The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, small appliances ...
Coffee 'Nespresso' is available.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a mini system.
Other facilities: - Wi-plancha -transats internet connection.

The deck is covered and made 50m².La overlooking the peninsula of 'the castagna is superb, the sea is 200m ahead. There is a flower garden, with around the maquis.

The portigliolo sandy beach is 5 minutes walk. One can find a water sports hire dinghies, windsurfers and pedal ...

Not far away, you are 'in Mico' restaurant with stunning views over the port of portigliolo (see photos): lobster, fresh fish and other preparations, all of very good quality, or just to cool off after played on one of the 4 tennis courts.

For businesses, there are close to the beach, in Mark and Regina, retail fruit and vegetables and also rents boats, then it will take the car on the way to aqua-doria 'to find, 10 minutes, the store 'at Pierre' with local products.

If not for large supermarkets it will go to Porticcio 20 minutes, a seaside resort with all its shops, Ajaccio or 35 minutes.

Magnifique séjour

Une maison récente et très bien entretenue entourée par le maquis. Une magnifique vue sur la mer et la castagne. Un très beau jardin. Une terrasse en L abritée du soleil. La maison est très pratique et confortable. La plage de Portigliolo est à 1 minute en voiture. Un propriétaire adorable. Que de demander de plus? Un magnifique séjour. Nous y retournerons.

Jederzeit wieder - Modernes schönes Haus mit Meerblick in Portigliolo

Wir haben einige Tage Ende August 2019 zu fünft (2 Erwachsene und drei Teenager) im wunderschönen Haus von Jean-Hugues verbracht. Das Haus ist hell und modern ausgestattet, die Küche vollwertig eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit en-Suite Bad, die Toilette ist separat sowie den großen Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit Zugang zur überdachten großen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über den Garten auf das Meer. Es gibt dort gemütliche Lounge-Möbel zum Chillen 😎 Über die Treppe geht es in den unteren Bereich, wo es zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils en-Suite Bad gibt, auch hier eine separate Toilette. Da das Haus im Hang gebaut ist, haben beide Schlafzimmer einen Zugang zu einer Terrasse und zum Garten. Alle Schlafzimmer sind durch Fensterläden zu verdunkeln. Es gibt allerdings keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Die Aufteilung bietet genug Privatsphäre für jeden. Es gibt ca. 5 Gehminuten die Straße hinunter den grobkörnigen Sandstrand von Portigliolo mit SUP- und Kayak-Verleih. Wir sind lieber ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto Richtung Porticcio gefahren und haben den „Karibikstrand“ mit türkisem Meer und weißem feinen Sandstrand von Plage de Verghia genutzt. Es gibt dort Naturschatten, in der Mitte der Bucht auch Verleih von Jetski bei Julien und etwas weiter noch Tretboot- und SUP- Verleih. Am anderen Ende der Bucht gibt es ein Strandrestaurant, das allerdings nur bis 14.30 Uhr geöffnet hatte. Wenige Autominuten weiter gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt Casino sowie Bäcker und Metzger. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, der nicht weit entfernt wohnt, war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Nach Ajaccio fährt man ca. 30 Minuten. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lovely villa in beautiful, peaceful location

We just returned from a fantastic week and our first visit to Corsica and we were really impressed. The villa was clean, well equipped and well proportioned, with plenty of space and privacy. The view of the sun setting over the sea from the veranda is stunning. It is very near (5 min walk down the hill, a bit longer back up!) what was for us, at least, probably the best beach we’ve been to. Clean, not crowded, sand with some big rocks making it great for snorkelling but also lovely for younger kids to paddle/swim. There is no life guard but there is are two cordoned swim areas a place to hire paddle boards and canoes. You do need to drive a bit further for supermarkets but the cabin near the beach sells basics, local specialties and you can pre-order a roast chicken. It is also a bit of a drive to historical sites/tourist spots etc., but this is also why the location is so tranquil and unspoilt. The owner was helpful and easy to contact when we needed something. One thing to be aware of, if you have small children, is the garden isn’t fully fenced , but there is plenty of space and shade. To sum up, if you are looking for a beautiful, tranquil location, with a gorgeous beach on your doorstep, then I would recommend this villa.

Sejour très agréable

Jean-Hugues a été une hôte formidable, très disponible et de très bon conseils. La villa est au calme, avec une bonne disposition et une superbe vue sur les îles sanguinaires. Seul défaut: l'accès à la plage qui se fait par la route mais sinon le cadre est parfait.

Ein sehr schönes Haus an guter Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Wir waren als Familie dort und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Une jolie maison récente, très bien équipée. Elle est située dans un endroit tranquille de la région. Pas de vis à vis, et une vue sur la mer, que demander de plus? Le propriétaire, très serviable et aimable, habite à côté ce qui est vraiment pratique quand on des petites demandes. Bref, n'hésitez pas à louer cette maison !

Beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea

This is a clean newly-built house designed for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Corsica. The house is large and well equipped, the kitchen is terrific, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with views out to the Mediterranean and the sunset. Jean-Hugues was an excellent host who helped us to move in and pointed us toward a store where we could buy food on a Sunday afternoon. This is an ideal spot for a restful and relaxing holiday.

Je rêvais de la Corse et je n'ai pas été déçue, en bonne partie grâce à cette magnifique maison toute neuve, parfaitement aménagée avec une vue imprenable sur la mer... Et des couchers de soleil époustouflants! Chaque soir, nous revenions à la maison juste à temps pour prendre l'apéro, confortablement installés sur la galerie pour regarder le spectacle du coucher de soleil... Tout simplement magique! La maison est calme, sur un terrain agrémenté de fleurs, lauriers, et autres buissons fleuris. Elle est située à 5 minutes à peine d'une belle petite plage où on peut louer des kayaks, faire de la plongée ou snorkeling. Vous trouverez dans la maison tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable en Corse et remercions Jean-Hugues de son hospitalité et de sa confiance. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation. C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos, la galerie est bien meublée avec mobilier extérieur, chaises longues, BBQ plancha, table pour repas à l'ombre. We had a great time in Corsica, in great part thanks to this wonderful house built by the owner. It is a wonderful haven, quiet, well appointed, with a breathtaking view on the sea and incredible sunsets. Its is surrounded by nature, laurels, flowers and we didn't see any neighbors. We recommend this house without hesitation, it is even better in person than on photos. The beach is 5 minutes away on foot and larger beaches are all around. You can rent kayaks, snorkel or dive right in front. Really amazing!

Wonderful location, beautiful home.

Jean-Hugues, a charming and friendly local, together with his wife, have done a magnificent job in creating a wonderful holiday space perched (as if alone) on a hill overlooking the Portigliolo bay. You can walk to the beach and return to be sat on the terrace, drinking a glass of Cap Corse watching the sun set into the sea. Aesthetiquement et spirituellement excellent.
