Apartment in the center of Madrid, it is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It has 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. Accommodates up to 4 guests as it has a sofa bed (additional cost)

The open loft concept includes a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need during your stay, as well as a dining table for 4 people. It also has a balcony with soundproof glass that provides a lot of light.
In the back of this open space, there is the bed with a dresser with enough storage space. Next is the bathroom, that has been completely renovated with a walk-in shower and laundry area.

Please keep in mind:
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street in the center of Madrid.
There are two apartments managed by Vanrays in the same building.

Heater Operation:

The heater is electric and allows up to 3 showers of about 5 minutes each shower, when it is at full power (80 degrees). After exhaustion you will have to wait around an hour to get a shower. If it does not run out, keep in mind that the heater will recharge itself.

* Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
** Check-in after 20:00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
** Check-in after 23:00 pm have a cost of 50 euros.
* Upon arrival we will request the signing of the Contract of the stay, and the passport of each guest.
* If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.
* Two sets of keys are provided.

* If you reserve the apartment for two people and still want to use the sofa bed, you must pay an extra cost of: 20 euros per night. This additional cost includes the clothes of the sofa bed and that is prepared for your arrival.
