This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rental, intended for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates.
The Space
Reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations.
The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted.
The apartment is centrally located. It has been recently renovated and refurbished. The decor is clean, modern, fresh, and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and microwave-oven combination. The living and dining areas are spacious and bright, with enough seating for everyone. The apartment has two bedrooms and one modern bathroom complete with a shower and screen. The balcony doors and windows are new, including electric roller shutters to reduce noise and light, and air conditioning and heating units in each space.

Please observe the house rules and respect the neighbors' sleep. Parties of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.
Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Likewise, parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, in addition to possible intervention by the competent authorities.
It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.
