A central, quiet, and cosy apartment on a pedestrian street in El Médano, near the beach (150 m). The building has an lift. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom, hardwood floors, and a glass-enclosed terrace. Well-equipped with all the amenities and kitchenware you need for a pleasant stay and holiday. Close to a wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants. 150 metres from the beach. No pets allowed and no smoking. Garage available for an additional fee.

Renovated accommodation offering the utmost comfort, as well as a TV with a wide variety of channels and high-speed internet (fibre optic). An ideal place to work remotely and enjoy a wonderful holiday.
An additional fee of €50 per stay will be charged for apartment cleaning.

Situation entre ville et plage, bonne. literie bonne les - appartement peu ensoleillé équipement vaisselle, linge de maison ( pas de torchon par ex.) un peu juste pas de garage contrairement à ce qui était annoncé dans l’annonce pas de balcon ouvert pour les fumeurs
