Beautiful Duplex with pool and incredible sea views from the terrace. Located in the heart of the medano and at the same time in a very quiet area, a few steps from the beach and its pleasant avenues where you can breathe a summer atmosphere throughout the year, spacious, bright, with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families and couples. This apartment has all the ingredients for a unique stay in Tenerife.

Ideal for families, lovers of the coast and hiking, as it has capacity for 4 people, with 3 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large terrace. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife. Besides being very well located, very close to the South airport and with a fast connection to the motorway.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, terrace with sunbathing area and shower, fridge, microwave, oven, hairdryer, sheets and shower towels, Internet Wifi.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

The apartment is comfortable and well situated. El Medano is a lovely resort. The property manager was exceptionally good.

Perfect apartment for single, couple or small family . Large lounge kitchen toilet , first floor one master one twin bedrooms , great shower and toilet , 2nd floor all day sun terrace with two sun beds.The address needs sorting as taxi driver put into their sat nav and it was around the corner but I didn’t know that . Could do with sun bed towels . Overall perfect location , short walk to supermarket for provisions and water . Small town El Medano in-expensive fresh fish and other restaurants . Reasonably priced . Would recommend highly .

Great stay in El medano

The apartment was really nice and clean and 5 minutes from the beach. It is just on the edge of town, so easy to get to and out to visit the rest of the island. The apartment is over three floors, with the top being the roof terrace giving you fantastic views over the town. Parking is on the street, which is plentiful, and we had no problems parking close to the property. And the host is really responsive to any questions you may have. Would I stay again? absolutely, in fact we are planning to return later this year.

Good accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in mid-April. The area is less commercialised than other areas, more of a Spanish / Tinerfeño residential area with plenty of good cafe's to enjoy and observe the local way of life. There is also a very good, inexpensive, public transport system to visit other parts of the island. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and in a very quiet residential area. It has everything you will have in your own home. There is no air conditioning, just two fans, although the temperature in the property wasn't too bad with the window's opened. We would happily here stay again.

Insgesamt gut, schön groß.

Leider fehlten Sachen: Korkenzieher, Abtrockentuecher, Brettchen, kleine Löffel, Die Wohnung wurde nicht gut gepflegt, Glühbirnen waren kaputt, Kette des Abflussstopfens völlig verrostet. Es wundert, dass die Erfahrungen von Vormietern nicht abgefragt würden, dann würden viel weniger Mängel entstehen. Insgesamtacht die Wohnung einen abgewohnten Eindruck.M. Eich

nicht empfehlenswert

Die Bilder in der Anzeige suggerieren einen besseren Zustand als in der Realität. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt eher alt und abgenutzt sogar mit einigen Defekten (bspw. Licht im Treppenaufgang, Toilttenspülung), die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt zwar gut, Antworten kamen stets zügig, ein relevantes Entgegenkommen oder gar Kulanz gab es allerdings nicht (bis auf das Angebot einer zusätzlichen Reinigung, die jedoch die bestehenden Probleme nicht hätte beheben können). Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
