Beautiful apartment with swimming pool and terrace overlooking the sea and the city. Located in the heart of Costa de Adeje, just a few minutes walk from the beaches of La Pinta, Fañabé and Puerto Colón, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Spacious, with 2 bedrooms, Wifi Internet and exquisite decoration, this property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is ideal for families and couples, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Wifi Internet, a large terrace with views of the sea and the city where you can sunbathe or disconnect and swimming pool in the residential complex where it is located.With an unbeatable location, in the heart of Costa de Adeje, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island, restaurants, shopping centres and the main points of interest in the south of Tenerife.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, large terrace, swimming pool, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, oven, Wifi Internet, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair.

The property is distributed over two floors, connected by stairs, and access is via several flights of stairs.

Maintenance work is currently being carried out in the pool area, so it is temporarily unavailable.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Great view from balcony

This apartment has great views to La Gomera and even La Palma and Hiero on good days. Outdoor dining is a pleasure. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, unusually, has matched crockery and cutlery with a range of utensils. We couldn't get the ceramic hob to work and used the microwave instead. Great stay.

Spacious apartment

The property was spacious , lovely balconies comfortable and clean . My constructive criticism would be a few floor tiles were wobbbly , small bathroom sink hardly any running water , not enough instructions for tv or getting rid of refuse. The biggest problem was no safe . I also thought having stayed in numerous apartments in adeje over 20 years thie price was expensive for this property.

Sometimes, due to the use of so many guests, the properties deteriorate and the structure of the accommodations, being originally conceived as homes, not as hotel rooms or apartments, do not satisfy 100% of the needs of our guests and for that we apologize. Regarding the price, it could be because we were in the middle of the high season on the islands and the prices are not so affordable, also because it is a holiday home, not a normal apartment. Nice apartment, but some problems

We enjoyed our stay, but it was marred by some unexpected problems. The apartment is generally clean and as shown on the pictures. The balconies are lovely, especially the west facing one in the evening. Note that the south facing balcony (overlooking the pool) is quite narrow and does not actually get that much direct sun due to the roof. One issue with the apartment is that some of the floor tiles are loose, which could be a problem if anyone in the family is unsteady on their feet. The check in was great and we got into the apartment on time. When we arrived, we found that the coffee machine had not been cleaned and was full of mouldy coffee grounds. We asked for this to be replaced - it was taken away but we did not receive a replacement. The main issue that we had was that when we arrived the pool was completely drained! The owners had no idea that this had happened, and we found out from other residents that there had been a leak in the pump room. Despite numerous emails, the owners completely failed to keep us updated on the progress of repairs and we were left without a pool for 75% of the holiday. Clearly this was out of the owners control, but we were disappointed in the lack of communication or help in finding alternative pools. After many emails back and forth, we have now received some limited compensation. Overall, this is nice apartment in a lively area but our experience was let down by poor communication from the owners.

The truth is that it is located in a very privileged place on the island and has all the necessary services to spend a good holiday. In relation to the problems you mentioned about the swimming pool, the truth is that we have had difficulties to find out what was happening. After numerous attempts to communicate with the residents' association and a lot of insistence, they finally replied after a few days that the pool was not available for use. Regarding the coffee machine, we have tried to find a part to replace it, as yours had been damaged by previous guests. Finally, we had to replace the coffee machine with a new one.
