Duplex apartment ideal for 2 to 4 people.
The residence has 2 large swimming pools, one of which is heated, and 2 pools for children.
You can also enjoy the bar / restaurant and its excellent value for money.

In the apartment, on the ground floor: 1 living room with TV, a bluetooth sound bar, a beautiful sun terrace with a blind, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
Upstairs: a second terrace with small outdoor sofa and small table. Sea view from this terrace. One bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.

The whole was renovated in August 2018 and all the kitchen equipment is new.
The residence is closed, monitored 24/7 by a caretaker.
You will have a private parking space.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation . The apartment has everything you need and it’s located in a very nice surrounding. Absolute recommendation and we would definitely love to come back!

Lovely three week winter break

This was our fourth visit to Adeje Paradise but first in this apartment which we absolutely loved. Spacious two bed, two bathroom accommodation with everything you needed. Will definitely book again for next year.

Great apartment and pool

Apartment was a high standard, main balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Slightly disappointed that the sun loungers on upstairs balcony were out of use, and no wine glasses. The pool and pool bar were very good.

Great apartment and pool complex with cafe/bcar

A lot to love, with great check in, clean apartment, local parking, lovely pool and bar/cafe. A little noisy for us with traffic at the front and discotheque noise at the back. Fine for a few days. Definitely needed the car to go out and about. Super sunsets just down the road in the evenings.

Adeje Paradise

Lots of pluses. Apartment and complex were beautiful and just perfect. Superb pool. Quiet throughout. Great but simple security throughout. Only minus was location was a long walk from bars etc. However the bar and restaurant around the pool was open til 9.00 every night and was good value. We would very much recommend Adeje Paradise complex to anyone.

Wonderful and well located little resort perfect for families

We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. This resort had three pools, and lots of places for suntanning and walking nearby. Well located in Costa Adeje near all sorts of activities, restaurants, hikes and excursions. The apartment we shared was well organized on two floors. Kitchen was a bit small if one cooks a lot, shower on upper floor was a tad complicated, but the apartment had everything we needed. The views from three balconies on the 2 floors were fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Really lovely property. Perfect complex, with lovely pools and restaurant / bar. Apartment was spacious, and had 2 lovely balcony’s. Bedrooms great and spacious. Kitchen had all amenities needed. Really lovely complex to - would definitely return. Quite location walking distance to shops / restaurants and lovely views. Few minor things which could be improved in apartment such as curtain for upstairs fell down, and shower curtain also fell down. Beds / pillows weren’t very comfy but were okay. Otherwise really lovely stay - very happy ! Thank you

Apartment is duplex, very good location, lots of space, sea view on upper floor balcony, big lcd tv with soundbar, kitchen had everything for cooking even dishwasher was there, everything was very good. Except Queen bed was too hard to sleep on and swiming pool was too cold to swim in December. Sea was warmer than upper swimming pool which was stated that is heated? Lower big pool was very cold to swim in. I give it 4 of 5 stars. Property is very recommended :)

Just returned from 8 days in this apartment in a gated complex. This is our 3rd time staying in this complex although the last time was 5 years ago but I was so pleased that nothing has changed it was brilliant! First time in this apartment and it has absolutely everything you could need. Communication from Frederico was excellent. Most of the time we ate at the small restaurant by the pool as it was such good value and lovely food. It’s an excellent location for Siam Park which we went to a couple of times. There is also a Lidl about 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend and come to this apartment again.

Die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, in einer äußerst gepflegten Anlage.Natürlich könnte hier und da mal ein Kissenbezug ausgetauscht werden. Das ist allerdings jetzt keinen Abzug wert.Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine, was umgehend behoben worden ist. Frederic war immer für uns erreichbar und die Kommunikation war wirklich sehr gut.Wir würden wieder buchen.

Rien à redire, superbe appartement, résidence top avec ce qu’il faut, très bien entretenu, et rien à redire sur la communication que ce soit avec le propriétaire ou Mélissa qui gère notre séjour. La situation est géniale aussi pour pouvoir tout faire et être aussi au calme et proche de l’océan aussi.

Het was een appartement gelegen op een fijne en rustige locatie. De ruimte was prima, de bedden hadden iets zachter gemogen. De keuken was toe aan vervanging en er zat helaas geen airco in (wat in de zomer wel wenselijk is). Het zwembad was heerlijk, ruim opgezet en omringt door een prachtige tuin met een goed restaurant. Sommige buren waren wat luidruchtig en ook hier was sprake van handdoekjes leggen op de ligbedden maar het was een heerlijke vakantie.

Het spijt me te horen dat de keuken niet naar uw smaak was. De bedden zijn nieuw, 160/200, behoorlijk stevig, wat vaak de voorkeur geniet bij rugpijn.

On y vient une fois etvon y retourne...

Nous sommes des habitués de la résidence. Nous y séjournons au moins unee fois par an.Un superbe endroit. Et l'appartement était très bien aménagé!Soleil sur la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Lit très confortable. Communication aisée avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Prachtig appartement en erg mooi complex

Prima appartement. Alleen de koelkast wast kapot. Dit is niet opgelost tijdens het verblijf. Contact met VRBO is echt slecht. Ze reageren niet en komen afspraken niet na. Eigenaar reageerde daarentegen redelijk vlot. Kwam helaas niet met een passende oplossing voor de koelkast.
