Completely renovated second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath golf villa overlooking the second hole of the championship golf course. Remodeled in a modern rustic style, this condo is sure to impress! Relax in peace and tranquility while enjoying the best of what the Palm Beach Gardens area has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, the private screened in balcony, and the community pool located in walking distance from the condo. There are 2 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has one queen. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer dryer in the unit. The condo is located in the prestigious community of PGA National. It is a fully gated community. There are many nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses, parks, and beaches. The PGA National hotel has a world renown spa and also many restaurant/bar options. It is a 10 minute drive to Juno Beach where you can enjoy surfing, fishing off the pier, or plain old relaxing with your feet in the sand. West Palm Beach and downtown Clematis St are just a 15 minute drive away. Palm Beach International airport is just a short 15-20 minute drive down I-95.
***We have a ring doorbell camera at the front door entrance for the security and protection of our guests and the property. The only areas they have view of are also seen clearly from the street. They are only checked to verify check in and to be sure our occupancy limits are being respected.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo. Not only was it meticulously clean, but also beautifully decorated in the current farmhouse style and completely up to date. The condo had all the comforts of home that we could wish for and more... from fresh, plush towels to an assortment of snacks that were waiting for us upon our arrival. The unit is conveniently located, very close to the community pool. All that PGA National and West Palm has to offer is just a quick drive. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again without a doubt!

We are a family of 5 with a great love of travel and of exploration. My husband is born and raised in Miami while I grew up in New England for almost all my life. We settled in Palm Beach Gardens where we bought our first home. We love this area and are so grateful that this is where we get to raise our kids and plant our roots.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we know how beautiful the community of PGA National is as well as the surrounding area. We wanted to give guests the chance to explore and take in this exceptional place we call home. We live a short 10 minute drive from the unit and are available should a problem or concern arise.

What makes this property unique

Relax after a day on the beach by sitting on the screened in patio overlooking the championship golf course. Take a walk or bike ride through the community and take in all of its beauty and splendor.
