About this property

Casa Jaime, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa with private pool & mountain views.

Situated in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto Del Carmen, this typical Canarian style villa is conveniently located in a very private location within easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

The detached villa is accessed down a short side walk from Calle Hungria road. The front gate opens onto a large and sunny plot (520 sqm) with a secluded south facing swimming pool with Roman steps, heated in winter. The villa is located in the centre of the plot and sun is available all day long.

The outside terrace has a comfortable seating area under a pergola which is ideal for a morning coffee or an early evening drink and the patio area is equipped with a new barbecue.

The front door opens onto the living area and open plan fully equipped new kitchen with new appliances. A short corridor leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a separated utility room with a new washing machine.

The Master Bedroom has a Super King bed and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, air conditioning and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds, air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and an overhead shower.

The villa is equipped with an electronic alarm and CCTV system.
The villa has free wifi and a TV system with international, movies and sports channels.

Casa Jamie is a beautiful villa and a real home from home with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The 3 outdoor seating areas are fab and offer both sunshine and shade and the pool is perfect for cooling down on really hot days. Overall, this is an amazing villa which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restauraunts. Thanks Conor, we will definitely be back again!

Had a lovely 10 night stay at this villa, the location is close to all amenities, but yet the area is lovely and quiet. there is plenty of space around the pool, you can have sunshine or shade whenever you wish. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa and hope to return again.

This was our 3rd stay in Casa Jamie and although the location is fantastic for us, the villa itself is now a little tired and in need of upgrade and maintenance.The pool needs attention, the sun loungers and outside furniture are very tired and internally it’s now dated and could be so much better with a few improvements.I don’t like to give a poor review but I must be honest and say we will look for another villa in the same area for our next visit but if improvements are made we would consider staying again.

Great place

A lovely place with plenty of room. The outside area is particularly pleasant, with great views. A short walk to the sea and restaurants and not too far to walk into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property we will return

This is a fantastic property in a great location and very quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms also have air conditioning. The pool is also a great area and a good size. Ideal for a family. There is shaded areas as well during the day. You are very close to the beach and supermarket. Taxis and buses are also nearby. There are a few restaurants nearby and you are also not too far way from the main strip. Communication with the owner is excellent. During our 10 night stay the pool was cleaned twice and the villa was cleaned half way during our stay. We will definitely return to this property.

The Villa is well equipped and maintained with very private and spacious grounds. It is located in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen, within walking distance of the beach. Pool size is generous. Excellent communication with owner and local agent. Thoroughly recommended and hope to re-visit in the future.

Perfect….great location!

With two teenage girls finding their independent, the location was perfect for both beach and shops. 5 minute drive to Puerto del Carmen which had a wonderful beach, great shops, and a big choice of restaurants. Conor (owner) and Louise (manager) were great when we had issues, all resolved to full satisfaction 😁 Totally recommend and we will definitely be going back!! Thank you Conor and Louise x

Although we experienced a problem with the property which wasn’t anything anyone could have foreseen we still had a wonderful holiday. Louise and Tony, Property Management were absolutely amazing and were in constant contact with us, we missed them when the problem was resolved 😂. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and is in a lovely part of Lanzarote. We would definitely go back for another holiday to Casa Jaime.

Lovely Villa photos don't do it justice.

My wife and I enjoyed the private and secure location of this villa. There was just the two of us however the internal rooms are generously proportioned with good space for a family of four. All areas were really clean and well equipped and professionally presented. The queen size bed in the main bedroom was most comfortable and much better than some I've had in hotels also bedding is of of a good standard.Air con was excellent.A welcome pack of milk water and bottle of wine when we arrived was much appreciated. Ample parking in the roadway just outside for our hire car though the car is not needed if you enjoy a short stroll to restaurants bars in Los Picollos or more 20-30 minute energetic and lively outing into Playa Del carmen The heated pool a decent size was cleaned twice during our weeks stay and warm enough of to swim in without gritting your teeth as can happen this time of year.There are different sunbathing/sitting areas around the villa all with plenty of sunbeds armchairs and tables so you can find the sun anytime of the day.As my above title says the pictures certainly do not do this lovely villa justice.

Great week

Recently stayed here for a week, just my wife and I. Booking process and communication with both owner and manager swift and efficient. We arrived earlier than check in but villa was ready for us ( we did pre discuss) and that was very accommodating of the owner and much appreciated by us. Tonnes of outdoor space, 6 loungers, 3 seperate parasols, a shaded area by the door, loads of seats and tables and an excellent pool. Think it went from 0.9m to 1.4m. villa was supplied with a welcome pack that saved us an immediate rush to shops, again, much appreciated. Beds were super comfy, shower was great, a/c worked great in both bedrooms and was provided free. TV appeared to have all your usual apps, netflix prime etc but we probably only had it on for half an hour all week. Nice extras like beach towels provided and shopping trolley (bag with wheels, not a cart!) I can't think of anything bad to say. Highly recommended this villa. It is a ten minute walk down to spar end of the strip but we knew this before booking and wasn't an issue. Thanks again all, already tried to book a return trip but fully booked! We will be back.
