Located in the heart of Lanzarote in Conil, Clara Suite 1 offers stunning views of the natural landscape and a dreamlike pool area. Part of a residential complex with three vacation homes, this romantic ground-floor apartment features a spacious, bright living-dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for two guests. You will enjoy Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washing machine.



In the shared outdoor areas, you’ll find a large pool and a spacious terrace with loungers and tables. Soak up the sun and cool off in the pool while admiring the mountains and volcanoes of Lanzarote. In the evenings, stroll through the garden and relax on the terrace with a glass of wine.



A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are just a 2-minute drive away. In the center of Tías, about 7 minutes by car (4.4 km), you’ll find more shops. To explore the island’s nature, visit the golden sand beach of Puerto del Carmen, a 15-minute drive, or the natural parks to the west, just 5 minutes away. Enjoy Lanzarote’s volcanoes, countryside, and beaches.



Free street parking is available next to the property. Not suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility. The bed is 180 cm wide with two 90 cm mattresses.

Villa Clara is situated in a beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of Conil. The accommodation is spacious and equipped for self catering if that is preferred to dining out. The swimming pool is an added bonus … but brrrr in January! Great views from the patio across the volcanic landscape. Clara is very welcoming but only speaks Spanish.

The appartment itself is good: kitchen, clean bathroom, nice swimming pool and beautiful surroundings. The bad thing is: the bedroom has an awfull, unbearable smell (old, moist, pis?). It makes it actually unable to sleep there, so we slept on the uncomfortable sofa the whole stay. I'm sorry but, without fixing that bedroom, the place shouldn't be rented out...

Lanzarote, una historia !!!

L’appartement est assez grand avec une petite sympas et une énorme vu sur les terrain de terre mais très agréable à regarder lorsque l’on se lève le matin !!! Les propriétaires hyper sympas, accueillant et chaleureux ! Et surtout à l’écoute. Pour ma part ce serait avec plaisirs que je reviendrai juste pour l’appartement prévoyez une voiture !!! Vous serez sauvé.

Nice House in Lanzarote

Die Unterkunft sieht sehr schön aus in den Fotos. Die Vermieterin Clara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war gut. Es gab auch Katzen, dies hat mir gefallen, weil ich Katzen liebe. Im Bad war alles vorhanden. Allerdings sind die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die auf der Terasse. Und die Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Villa con Panorama increíble

Pros: Suelo ir a Lanzarote todos los años y siempre cambio sitio en el que alojarme, pero en mi próxima visita volveré a Villa Clara 100%! Estuvimos en el apartamento con dos habitaciones, todo limpio, y posición increíble, muy aislada en la zona de las bodegas, despertarte con esa vista ha sido lo mejor sin duda! Zona tranquila y la dueña muy amable, nos ha facilitado checkin y checkout sin problemas

Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.

Pros: Die Lage in der Mitte der Insel und der Blick auf die nahen Vulkane, und vor allem die Ruhe rundherum durch die alleinstehende Lage. Geräumiges, sauberes und gemütliches Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und um unser Wohl bemüht.

Alloggio Perfetto per che cerca relax e tranquillita' assoluta

La proprieta' e' situata in mezzo alle vigne, quindi e' immersa nella tranquillita' totale. l'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato era come da descrizione, molto ampio e spazioso. i plus sono: + bagno con ampia vertrata, fare la doccia guardando il panorama fuori e' decisamente suggestivo. + tavolo esterno (area piscina) fantastico per fare colazione al primo sole del mattino. + posizione dalla struttura, praticemente al centro dell'isola che consente di rarriungere la maggior parte delle attrazioni in 20-30 minuti in auto Migliorabili sono: + letto scrichiolante + parcheggio lungo la strada un po' difficoltoso + acqua della doccia a volte tiepida e non bollente Nel complesso ci e' piaciuto molto soggiornare qui e consigliamo l'esperienza
