Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our 2-week stay - a great place for our mixture of workation and holiday. Location is fine, beaches and supermarkets nearby and José is a great and very responsive host.

Great villa. Good quiet location but only 5 minutes to the sea front. Comfortable beds and all amenities supplied. Communication with owner was great. Even a little welcome pack. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Josie’s villa. The views from the balcony were lovely and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.The villa was clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Towels were plentiful too. We were familiar with the villa location which is a short walk to the Avenida. Close to the bars and restaurants however far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing.Communication from Josie was excellent. We will certainly be booking again soon.

Pleasant relaxing stay

As was mentioned in other reveiws was a bit dated decor but we had a very relaxing stay and after sun came up the outside area was fully covered in sun lidl and spar few min walk away on late arrival we thought need go get some water but as a pleasant surprise there was a large water and also some busscuits which saved me a job going to find some also downstairs were further bottles of water a non exxpensive gesture but a nice thought to save residents the job carrying water back from shops we are looking to stay again and jose was very quick with answers to questions and thankfully didnt need to contact during our stay we looking to stay again in oct great stay

Villa 2 steps

Property is in a good location only a short walk to the bars and restaurants shops only a couple of minutes walk . The villa is in a quiet residential street and has everything you need to enjoy your stay .we will definitely be back

Great location, property a little tired

Location excellent, quiet area, property owner was very responsive and accomodating. Hot water was insuffucient for 2 of us, water pump was incredibly loud. Outdoor area was just sufficient for 2 of us. Overall standard of the property was tired and data and would use some money spending on it, certainly didn't have a premium feel to it for the price paid, just the small touches like no matching glasses, cups and towels!

Great space Great location

Had a 7 day stay in Jose’s lovely house in Jan 24. Good location only 5 min walk to main strip. Slight uphill walk on way home but easily managed. Well equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Definitely not suitable for anyone with limited mobility as there was a high step into the property and the upside down layout meant that the huge living space was up stairs. There is a small supermarket nearby. The property could do with a little TLC as some of the rooms were showing minimal wear and tear but nothing that would prevent me re booking. Just a small suggestion would be to have at least one mirror per bedroom to aid in getting ready for enjoying the nightlife. Jose (our host) was easily contacted and any queries we had were answered promptly and politely. Highly recommend

Host double booked this villa. Less than 2 weeks notice whilst we where already in Lanzarote at another resort. Host offered us alternative accommodation with the understanding that if not acceptable we could move into the villa for the last 4 nights. Very apologetic. The apartment offered was noisy and below acceptable standards. After 2 nights in this apartment we asked if we could move to the villa as previously offered only to be told it was no longer available until the Monday. No further assistance in finding suitable alternative accomodation by the host. Luckily we managed to find our own accomodation. Host was once again apologetic and provided a refund for the cancellation.

Parfaire location sur Lanzarote

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en aout dans la maison de José. La maison est très bien située : proche de la mer à pied (playa grande), quartier calme, superettes à proximité, idéalement située pour rayonner sur l'ile, stationnement facile. La maison est composée d'un rdc avec 3 chambres et salle de bain et wc. A l'étage se trouve la cuisine, le salon / salle à manger, salle de douche et wc, une terrasse. Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre et les literies de qualité. Nous avons pu déguster chaque jour les mangues et les citrons verts du jardin. le coin bbq et la douche extérieure sont très agréables. Merci à José pour ces deux semaines dans sa maison idéale !!
