Splendid private villa immersed in a huge pine forest.
The property is located within the prestigious private consortium of Riva dei Tessali with surveillance h. 24 for all months of the year, and with tourist services (entertainment, cinema, bar, market) in the summer months.
Riva dei Tessali overlooks the Ionian Sea, is very close to Taranto, and is only 50 km from Matera.
The villa has a private fenced garden - covering an area of 2,000 square meters. - and a large outdoor terrace.
Inside, the villa - structured on two levels - has a large living room, two bedrooms (1 double and one twin, with a third bunk bed), in addition to the bathroom and kitchen.
The property has the (free) right of access to the private beach of Riva dei Tessali, reachable in a few minutes (by car, bicycle, or even on foot), with the availability of an umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers.
The villa offers the possibility - by reservation - to use a tennis court.
Ideal for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and for a restful vacation.
Animals are more than welcome.
