A Water Mill next to the Molino de Simón River

Rural house located in an old flour mill restored from the year 1751, in a fine 3470 m2, on the banks of the Guadiaro river and crossed by the Birth of the Cascajales, a relaxing corner in the middle of nature.

The house has two floors, on the ground floor is the kitchen, fireplace room, bathroom and a room, on the top floor there are two other rooms, one of them with independent entrance.
