Location, location, location! Super easy, walk to the Metro line, Spanish steps, and to great shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. The house had everything we needed. We also love the café just below and the market right around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the noise at night- it was warm so we had the windows open. The place is right in the middle of the city so noise was expected. Just more than we had thought. The key to the outside door took some getting used to. The online link didn’t always load to open the door. Minor things. Rome was amazing!

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our apartment in the heart of Rome's historic center. The street where we live is entirely pedestrianized. There are no cars or scooters, so there's absolutely no traffic noise. You may have heard people strolling, the sound of the beautiful nearby fountain, or the music of a mandolin coming from a typical Roman trattoria. We'd like to point out that all rooms have air conditioning, so you can sleep with the windows closed and avoid this type of noise if you don't like it. About the keys: you have been given 3 sets of keys and also a digital link to the smart lock so you had a wide choice to access Best regards, and we look forward to seeing you in Rome for your next adventure

During check in at the property, the key was jammed in the key box and the key box malfunctioned. Germana, the host did not respond to calls on her mobile and took hours to respond to texts for help. Germana was not helpful and was condescending. Overall, a poor check in experience. The property was nice & deserves a more customer friendly host.

We had a great time in this apartment. The location was perfect, down a quiet side street and we felt like a temporary local while we were there. Nearly every site we visited was either walkable or an easy trip on the metro.The apartment itself suited us well (2 adults 2 teenagers). The decor was simple (a little sterile?) but we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again without hesitation : )

A wonderful apartment in a charming building. Four of us stayed here for four nights and it was a great location to return to after touring the sites of Rome. Germana was very helpful and quick to answer my many questions. We used her restaurant recommendations two of our four nights and they were great. Fantastic location

Staying here was a fantastic experience. Germana responding almost immediately to any question. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and easy to get anywhere by walking or using the metro. I’ve read some people had trouble getting in but it couldn’t have been easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again without question.

This location was amazing and right in the middle of all the nice shopping and the Spanish steps. Very large bathrooms with big showers. Air conditioning worked very well in all the bedrooms. Easy to access and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Great location near Spanish Steps neighborhood. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Large bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Host was very quick to respond to all messages. Only downside was a bit noisy outside during sleeping hours.
